across the UK. They are actively on the market seeking a Work Winning
Project Manager capable of overseeing fit out projects up to 10m from
inception to completion.
They are keen in considering the top
5% in the industry, the game changers, wave makers, someone looking to
take the next step in their career with an industry leading contractor
renowned for their quality and ability to deliver.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the work winning efforts for the
company, focusing on securing new fit-out projects and expanding our
client base.
- Identify potential opportunities and engage in
strategic business development activities, including networking,
building relationships, and attending industry events.
- Develop
and maintain relationships with key clients, consultants, and industry
stakeholders to understand their needs, requirements, and upcoming
projects.
- Collaborate with the estimating team to prepare
accurate and competitive tender proposals, ensuring compliance with
client specifications and time lines.
- Lead the bid management
process, coordinating inputs from various internal departments and
external partners to deliver high-quality bids.
- Conduct
thorough market research and analysis to identify market trends,
client preferences, and competitor strategies.
- Stay updated on
industry regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure
compliance and maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide leadership
and guidance to the work winning team, fostering a culture of
excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager
within the fit-out industry, with a strong focus on work winning and
business development.
- Capable of overseeing 10m fit out
projects from inception to completion
- Excellent understanding
of the fit-out market, trends, and client requirements.
- Strong
track record of successfully securing and delivering fit-out projects.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the
ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants,
and stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset with a proactive approach
to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Strong
leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to
achieve targets and deliver high-quality work.
- Proficiency in
bid management processes, including bid writing, document control, and
submission strategies.
- A relevant degree or professional
qualification in construction management or a related field is
preferred.
