Role: Year 1 Primary Teacher

Location: Tring (Hertfordshire)

Unqualified Teacher: £21,933- £33,464

Qualified Teacher: £31,350- £47,839

Full time or Part time

Start: ASAP Or September 2024

Supply Desk are looking to appoint a teacher that is passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to laying a strong foundation for young learners? We are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic Year 1 Teacher to join our school in Tring area If you have a nurturing approach, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment, we would love to hear from you.

The Role and the Ideal Candidate: 

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
  • However, experience teaching in Early Years or Key Stage 1, either through previous employment or teaching placements is desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of the Year 1 curriculum and an ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons across various subjects.
  • Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and promotes social and emotional development.
  • Assess student progress, provide feedback, and implement effective teaching strategies to support individual learning needs.
  • Foster a love for learning and create a stimulating environment that encourages curiosity and creativity.
