THE WORK
- The Community Champion will keep the office running smoothly and works hard to ensure that each team member has a positive in-office experience when they visit and/or start their employment.
- Coordinate team schedules in shared spaces, manage shipping/mail, book travel services, and maintain a tidy, well-stocked office environment.

We have a fantastic opportunity for you to support and engage our young people, we are offering a fixed term apprenticeships for 2 years, which will give you further qualifications to enter youth work posts. Your base will be at Russell House in Northampton, and you will be located within the Leaving Care Team.
What will you be doing?
The Leaving Care Team want to recruit a person who has experience of the care system to support our service. Within this role you will support with our social media platforms, events, create and run groups and be a part of practice change through talking to Care Experienced young people to develop the service. You will keep electronic records up to date and attend multi-agency meetings. You will need to be IT literate and have or working towards your English and Maths level 2.
