We are working with a leading national law firm based in London for a Lawyer to join their Corporate Tax team.


The Role:

The successful candidate will join a highly ranked Corporate Tax team advising a broad range of UK and international business clients on complex transactional and advisory tax matters. The role involves advising on the tax aspects of acquisitions, disposals, restructurings and corporate reorganisations, as well as providing guidance on stamp duty, VAT, international tax issues and tax disputes.


Key responsibilities include drafting and negotiating tax deeds and warranties, assisting with transaction execution and due diligence, liaising directly with clients and advisers, supporting HMRC applications, and contributing to business development initiatives while delivering commercially focused tax advice.


Essential Criteria:

  • 2-5 years’ PQE;
  • Strong background in corporate tax matters;
  • Strong academics required;
