The Role
We're looking for a commercially minded and customer‑focused Marketing Automation Manager to join our Customer Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering acquisition, retention and customer communication strategies that drive business performance and enhance customer engagement. You'll be responsible for planning, building, testing and optimising omni‑channel customer journeys across email, SMS and direct mail.
What You’ll Be Doing- Develop and deliver customer acquisition, retention and loyalty communication strategies that support business growth and customer engagement.
- Build, manage and optimise automated customer journeys across email, SMS and direct mail, ensuring communications are timely, relevant and effective.
- Own testing programmes across customer communications, using data and insight to continuously improve campaign performance and customer outcomes.
- Produce reporting, dashboarding and campaign analysis to identify trends, measure success and inform future activity.
- Collaborate with IT, MI, Operations and external partners to support CRM developments, customer data initiatives and marketing technology enhancements.
- Support cross‑functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives, helping to deliver strategic objectives and enhance the customer experience.
- Proven experience in CRM, direct marketing or customer marketing, with a track record of improving customer engagement and conversion.
- Experience using marketing automation platforms such as Apteco FastStats, PeopleStage, Orbit, Dotdigital or similar.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data and insights into effective marketing activity.
- Good understanding of GDPR, PECR and customer‑focused marketing practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively.

We’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our busy team here at Agria Pet Insurance.
Job DescriptionWorking to agreed service levels, you’ll be responsible for both inbound and outbound calls. You’ll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their inquiries, concerns, and needs are handled with professionalism and care.
You’ll be an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service and promoting our brand.
We have a hybrid approach to work and all staff attend the Aylesbury office every Wednesday. The start date for this role is August 2026 and you will be required to attend a two‑week in‑office induction when you start.
You must be able to commit to these arrangements and start date in order to be considered for this role.
This is a full‑time role working 36 hours per week between the hours of 9:00 am‑6:00 pm Monday‑Friday on a rotating shift pattern. You will also be required to work one Saturday in four, 9:00 am‑1:00 pm.
What You’ll Be Doing- Answer all Customer and Claims incoming calls efficiently and professionally
- Outbound calling, including retention and renewal, breeders, requesting information for claims and underwriting of new policy applications
- Objection handling, including policy cancellations, premium increases, Claims decisions
- Respond to customer enquiries appropriately, ensuring all documentation is professional and correct
- Deal and attempt to resolve customer complaints
- Record and maintain accurate policyholder information using the in‑house computer systems
- Maintain a thorough working knowledge of all policy terms and conditions
- Ensure all company and departmental policies and procedures are adhered to at all times
- Previous experience of working in a customer service role within a contact centre environment
- Effective questioning and listening skills
- Good organisational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Computer literate (MS Office) with keyboard skills
- Precise comprehension and ability to communicate clearly in both verbal and written form
- Ability to work to agreed performance targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Takes ownership by using initiative and problem solving
- Ability to cope well under pressure with determination and perseverance

We are looking for a Pricing & Underwriting MI Analyst to join our team on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract. This role is central to providing high‑quality management information (MI), data analysis, and actionable insights that support our underwriting and pricing teams. You’ll ensure data integrity, deliver timely reporting, and provide analytical support to optimise pricing strategies, improve risk assessment, and drive profitability.

What you’ll be doing:- Data Analysis & Insights : Identify trends, anomalies and opportunities in underwriting and pricing strategies. Produce mix reports and monitor impacts of price changes/tests.
- Project & Continuous Improvement : Support pricing model enhancements, underwriting process improvements and portfolio optimisation. Drive automation and efficiency in MI reporting.
- MI Reporting & Dashboarding : Develop dashboards and visualisations to monitor KPIs such as loss ratios, claims frequency and premium trends. Deliver accurate and timely MI reports.
- Data Management & Governance : Ensure accuracy and completeness of data used for reporting. Collaborate with data teams to maintain robust pipelines and governance standards.
- Collaboration & Support : Work closely with underwriting and pricing teams, assist the wider business with performance‑related queries and contribute to projects that improve profitability.
- Proven insurance sector experience in an Analyst role, with a strong understanding of insurance principles.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualisation tools such as Power BI (Tableau experience also valued).
- High‑level IT skills across MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, able to present complex data clearly to stakeholders.
- A self‑starter with initiative and the ability to work independently.
