Job DescriptionAs a market leader, the talent and passion of our people are critical to our success. The Human Capital function in London provides support and strategy at every level of Alantra’s business in the UK, Greece and Ireland, whilst operating collaboratively as a global team.
We are looking for an Associate to join our international Human Capital team to take responsibility of the day-to-day processes and lead on the execution of our people initiatives in the UK. The successful candidate will have direct exposure to all levels of the organization and will have the opportunity to gain responsibility and develop in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Support professionals with day-to-day Human Capital questions, taking a proactive approach to resolving queries,
- Support professionals with the onboarding and offboarding processes and help drive the recruitment strategy and process with the Talent Acquisition function ,
- Support the Human Capital Business Partner with benefits enrolments, renewals and analysis,
- Independently manage employee relations cases end to end,
- Together with senior Human Capital Business Partners, ensure that policies and procedures are applied consistently and are updated in line with employment law updates and Company requirements,
- Advise and support professionals with annual performance processes (including: objectives setting, mid-year and end of year performance processes),
- Support the senior Human Capital Business Partners with talent development, succession planning and change initiatives. This includes the creation and implementation of development plans, and identification of training opportunities,
- Produce and drive advanced Human Capital reporting, and integrate data driven conversations with stakeholders using Human Capital reports and systems, Excel and PowerPoint,
- Support the senior Human Capital Business Partners with the annual compensation process, owning data and driving analysis,
- Deliver monthly payroll updates in a timely manner,
- Delegate to and knowledge share with more junior Human Capital team members.

- Advanced analytical skills, including the ability to manage large data sets, and produce valuable insights to stakeholders using a data-minded approach to Human Capital recommendations,
- The ability to build and maintain positive working relationships within the organisation, with proactivity being essential,
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills,
- The ability to work autonomously,
- A strong work ethic and desire to achieve excellence,
- Strong academic background/results, educated to degree level or equivalent,
- Previous experience with Workday is a plus,
- Advanced in Excel and PowerPoint.
- A minimum of four-year previous experience in HR, and an interest in finding innovative solutions and process improvements.
- Duration: Full-time
- Hybrid working pattern: 4 days per week in the Company’s London offices

Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity to join the Business Services team in the London office of Alantra, a leading international investment bank with a strong European footprint and growing global platform.
The role offers early responsibility and direct exposure to senior bankers, clients and investors, working on a broad range of sell‑side and buy‑side M&A mandates across the Business Services sector. You will be actively involved throughout the full transaction lifecycle, from origination to execution, gaining hands‑on experience in a highly entrepreneurial and collaborative environment.
The position involves significant client and investor interaction, including the preparation and presentation of business plans, information memoranda and valuation materials, as well as detailed financial analysis. In addition, you will play an active role in business development initiatives, supporting origination efforts and contributing to the continued growth and expertise of the team.
