  • Offer physical and emotional support, encouraging participation in daily living tasks and activities.
  • Monitor progress and report when individuals have achieved independence and are ready to move on.
  • Identify and respond promptly to any safeguarding concerns in line with established policies and procedures.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, colleagues, and other professionals to ensure person‑centred, safe care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records using mobile technology to ensure quality care delivery and outcomes.
  • Involve the person you’re caring for by explaining your actions, like updating notes on the mobile care app.
