This role would suit a candidate with a broad maintenance background and a good understanding of multiple trades, particularly plumbing, who is capable of carrying out a variety of repair and maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities- General maintenance and repair works
- Basic plumbing repairs and installations
- Carpentry repairs and making good
- Patch plastering and decorating touch-ups
- Reactive and planned maintenance tasks
- Working independently and managing workloads effectively

The Role

Responsibilities will include:
- Leading building surveying and project management commissions from feasibility through to completion.
- Managing projects up to 5 million in value.
- Preparing specifications, schedules of work and tender documentation.
- Budget management, cost control and programme monitoring.
- Managing planning, building regulations and statutory approvals.
- Undertaking site inspections and supervising works on site.

Requirements

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Control panel assembly and wiring

- Wiring and testing relays, contactors and control components
- Electrical fault finding and testing
- Working from engineering drawings and technical specifications
- Supporting the build and commissioning of automation equipment

Candidate Requirements:
