What you’ll do:
- Correct menus, prices, descriptions, allergens, displayed on time at the right place.
- To verify all cash up processes at end of each shift in Bar, Restaurant, Functions and Reception.
- Control of stock, Client & Company Assets, ensuring all stock rooms are secure and access given to those that need it.
- To liaise with customers, client and staff and ensure all business requirements are met to the highest possible standards.
- To be a point of comment and contact for customers and to ensure all customers are aware of what is available to them.
- To be a point of reference to staff, ensuring that the customers’ needs always come first, ensuring their Health & Safety and correct business practices are adhered to.
- To deal with complaints or negative feedback immediately and in a manner such that empowerment diffuses any complaint at the point at which it occurs.
- Ensure all functions are set up appropriately to business needs and set standards and run timely with high standards.
- Liaise directly with event organisers and be their point of contact for meet and greet and the duration of their event. Handover with next shift as required.
- Knowledge of food handling.
- Able to communicate and lead teams and individuals.
- Excellent communication skills, well organised, self‑motivated, customer service oriented.
- Capable of flexible attitude to various roles in each department.
- Problem solver with a can‑do attitude.
- Responsible and reliable disposition.
- Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
- Personal License preferred.

- Working closely with the kitchen team to deliver meals three times per day

- Ability to pass DBS and HMPPS vetting (no prior criminal record required)
- Physically fit and comfortable handling hot food trolleys and tail lift vehicles

Retail and Food and Beverage KiosksNo experience is required to join us within our retail kiosk offering as we provide full training. We are looking for:
- Cashiers, Bartenders and Runners
- Retail Supervisors & Team Leaders – for people who have experience in a stadium setting and have managed a kiosk or a concourse.
- Retail Manager – Our match‑day retail managers support across the stadium with trouble shooting, can think quickly to resolve issues and enhance service.
With 13 bars and restaurants our premium offering requires workers with experience in a restaurant environment:
- Food and Beverage Assistants – Must have table waiting experience from casual family dining up to fine dining.
- Bartenders – Must have bar experience and an understanding of cocktails and wines.
- Mixologist – A flair for crafting cocktails is essential and aligning the perfect cocktail to our guests’ tastes.
- Team leader / Floor Manager / Supervisor – Must have experience managing a restaurant or dining room floor, hospitality boxes or similar.
- Restaurant Manager – Must have experience managing a restaurant.
Here we are offering our guests a dining experience that rivals the excitement of the match; we need experienced chefs for both match‑day and non‑match‑day and can offer up to 40 hours per week:
- Head Chef – Able to run a busy restaurant on match days and lead a large team, working with fresh produce and working with precision.
- Sous Chef – Experience in supporting a large team, works with fresh food and works with precision.
- Chef De Partie – Will look after a section within the delivery of premium fresh food.
- Commis Chef – Entry level experience but keen to understand food and has basic knowledge of kitchens.
Our retail offering is unlike your normal stadium food; experience working at pace, our food is delivered to a high standard and must taste as good as it looks.
- Lead Chef – Experience running a busy unit on event days.
- Support Chef – Will manage a section within a busy unit.
- Kitchen Porters – We are happy to take entry level applicants for this role.
- Logistics – Experience in a warehouse or similar stadium setting would be beneficial.
- We pay the Living wage rate for entry level roles at £12.60 per hour.
- We pay 12.07% holiday on top of your hourly rate of pay when you get paid.
