The role provides a clear progression pathway into the teaching profession through the Ark Schools School Direct Teach Training programme, with many Fellows subsequently gaining a place on the training route.

Ark King Solomon Academy is seeking a Cover Supervisor to maintain high-quality learning during teacher absence and support pupil achievement. The role contributes to the academy's culture of excellence.

You will supervise classes across a range of subjects, support intervention programmes, mentor pupils, and develop the skills and experience needed to pursue teacher training in the future.

The Sixth Form Co‑ordinator provides high‑quality administrative support to the Sixth Form team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all Sixth Form processes. The postholder will be the first point of contact for students, parents, staff and external stakeholders, delivering a professional, responsive and student‑centred service.

The role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced educational environment.
