All of the Chefs here are professional doing the best possible job they can and working with the finest ingredients to cram the absolute maximum amount of flavour into every dish.

We are looking for a Commis Chef or a Chef de Partie to join our brigade of 5/6. Someone with a background in pubs or restaurants, hotel background is fine too as long as you are happy working in a smaller brigade.

A Pastry Chef who has real passion for developing the pastry side of the menu and who wants to take ownership of this area. Ideally someone with previous fine dining kitchen experience cooking to AA Rosette standard. You will be working in a kitchen brigade of 6 who are very supportive and friendly.
