What You\'ll DoThe AR Specialist will join the EMEAI Finance function of Authentic Brands Group, supporting the region’s licensing operations across its portfolio of Entertainment and Lifestyle brands.
What You\'ll Be Working On- Ensure timely and accurate processing of a high volume of sales invoices in accordance with contractual terms.
- Review new contracts for data entry into financial systems.
- Manage and oversee the letter of credit process with EMEAI customers, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
- Work closely with EMEAI brand team regarding invoicing and collections matters.
- Collaborate with wider finance team for billing and revenue reconciliations.
- Ensure customer account reconciliations are completed regularly and discrepancies resolved promptly.
- Support global AR team with their monthly reporting and month end tasks.
- Ensure AR processes follow company and financial regulations.
- Identify and implement process improvements across the function.
- Other ad hoc assignments.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or related field.
- 3+ years of AR or finance experience.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite desirable) and Excel.
- Strong sense and understanding of compliance, contracts and financial controls.
- Excellent organisations and communication skills.
- Ability to work to tightdeadlines.
- Ideally familiar with working on UK/US entities – banking, compliance.

Sales Executives are eligible for Authentic’s Uncapped Commission Plan. Commission is paid to Business Development Executives as royalty payments are received from the licensees with whom they close deals – usually quarterly over the duration of the agreement.
Must Haves- Experience in new business development in licensing for Lifestyle, Sports, Fashion EMEA markets.
- Experience in full‑cycle sales from lead generation through closing the deal.
- Knowledge and understanding of licensees and product categories.
- Possess an eager demeanor with a fearless and professional drive to win; substantial cold calling and other forms of outreach are required.
