• Lead the continual improvement of our Data Loss Prevention capability, enhancing controls, policies, processes and operational effectiveness across our security platforms.

• Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Purview DLP or equivalent enterprise DLP technologies, with experience of investigating, tuning and improving DLP controls.
• Confidence balancing hands‑on technical delivery with a desire to influence strategy, governance and the future direction of a growing security capability.
• Ability to interpret security data, identify trends and make evidence‑based recommendations that improve risk, performance and operational maturity.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and business audiences.
