You will help improve how we detect, prevent and respond to data loss risks, working closely with senior stakeholders to enhance control effectiveness and shape the future direction of our DLP capability. What will I be doing?- Lead the continual improvement of our Data Loss Prevention capability, enhancing controls, policies, processes and operational effectiveness across our security platforms.

- Partner with Security Operations, Technology, Data Protection, Risk and business teams to strengthen information protection and embed best practice.

- Help shape the future direction of our DLP tooling, working with technologies including Microsoft Purview and Zscaler while supporting new capabilities as they are introduced.
- Provide expert guidance on data protection risks, influencing technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive better security outcomes.
- Demonstrable experience working within Data Loss Prevention alongside a broader cyber security, security operations or information protection environment.
- Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Purview DLP or equivalent enterprise DLP technologies, with experience of investigating, tuning and improving DLP controls.
- Confidence balancing hands‑on technical delivery with a desire to influence strategy, governance and the future direction of a growing security capability.
- Ability to interpret security data, identify trends and make evidence‑based recommendations that improve risk, performance and operational maturity.
