QualificationsYou will be a Registered Nurse. While experience in a nursing role within a healthcare setting is a strong advantage, what matters most is your caring, compassionate nature and your ability to build meaningful relationships with residents and their families. A willingness to develop your leadership skills, along with the determination to drive continuous improvement and uphold high compliance standards, will be highly valued in this role.
