OverviewDue to expansion within our client’s business, we have an immediate role available for a passionate Internal Sales Support to join their small, but perfectly formed team. The successful candidate will enjoy a super varied role including nurturing, supporting and providing sales and administrative support for growing client accounts. This role will be working closely with the Internal Sales Account Manager and the wider commercial sales team. The successful Internal Sales Support will handle inbound and outbound telephone calls, and emails, and will be the main point of contact within the business for new and existing clients. Candidates need to have strong commercial acumen and be confident building relationships. This role is part time, working 3 days per week. Hours may well be increased for individuals who are looking to extend their hours.
This varied Internal Sales Support role is well suited to candidates that already have experience working within sales and customer service or sales administration. Account Management experience would also be beneficial as the role will be relationship focused. Typical duties will include the following:
- Liaising with customers to handle enquiries
- Processing customer orders using internal CRM system
- Generating quotations
- Liaising with customers from enquiry through to sale
- Handling post‑sale administration
- Ensuring orders are dispatched on time
- Supporting the Internal Account Manager with administrative duties
- Supporting the wider team when required with administrative duties
- Experience working within a relationship focused role
- Experience working within a sales environment
- Experience of accurately processing orders
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Consultative approach when liaising with customers
- A genuine interest in people and retaining clients
- Confident processing customer orders
- Able to generate quotations
- Excellent Administration skills
- A real team‑player who is able to work collaboratively with internal teams
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Super organised
- Able to roll up sleeves and support a small team within the warehouse when required
- Confidence using IT including full suite of MS Office
- SAGE experience would be preferred

Our client is looking to appoint a Resident Services Advisor for their vibrant community in Sheffield. This role is available immediately due to promotion within the team. With over 300 apartments and a wide range of premium amenities such as gyms and roof terraces, this role offers the chance to be a key player in providing exceptional resident experiences.
As Resident Services Advisor, you will support the General Manager with day-to-day building operations, lettings and resident engagement. You will be the first point of contact for over 450 residents, ensuring high levels of service, satisfaction, and community spirit.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in customer service, property management, hospitality or lettings, who thrives in a fast-paced and people-focused role. This is a full-time role working Monday – Friday. The successful candidate will also work one weekend per month.
Duties will include:
- Supporting the letting process, including conducting viewings, managing enquiries and negotiating leases
- Managing check-in and check-out procedures including inspections and coordinating cleaning/repairs
- Delivering a welcoming and professional service to all residents and visitors
- Responding to resident queries and resolving issues efficiently
- Coordinating maintenance requests and ensuring timely completion
- Organising on-site events and promoting community engagement
- Building local partnerships for a resident loyalty programme
- Ensuring the building and shared spaces are well-maintained through regular walkarounds
