As a Maintenance Engineer, you will work as part of our Engineering Team to support electrical maintenance throughout our commercial buildings, undertaking both reactive and planned works. You will specialise in electrical maintenance and installation to manage and maintain services and systems for all of our sites within the property portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a variety of electrical equipment, including low voltage power, lighting systems, fire alarms and CCTV. Job Description

As a HVAC Engineer you will manage and maintain our heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) services and systems undertaking both reactive and planned works.

Playing a pivotal part working within a small team, you will collaborate with the project delivery management team and liaise with various planners.

You will be responsible for installation, servicing, maintenance, fault finding and repairs on a range of HVAC equipment and ensuring they are completed efficiently and in line with health and safety standards and regulations.

Mechanical knowledge and experience of working with air conditioning systems and refrigeration systems, troubleshooting installations as well as fault finding and repairs is essential.

• Proven track record in working with AC systems, AHU and refrigeration systems.
