As a Maintenance Engineer, you will work as part of our Engineering Team to support electrical maintenance throughout our commercial buildings, undertaking both reactive and planned works. You will specialise in electrical maintenance and installation to manage and maintain services and systems for all of our sites within the property portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a variety of electrical equipment, including low voltage power, lighting systems, fire alarms and CCTV. This will include creating written job plans and technical reports. All working tasks are to be conducted in accordance with health and safety processes and procedures. Qualifications
  • City & Guilds 2330 Electro-Technical Technology (Electrical Installation), BTEC National Certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
  • Higher National Certificate in Electrical Engineering.
  • Working knowledge of fire systems, CCTV, security systems and lighting controls.
  • City & Guilds Testing and Inspection of Electrical Installations certificate is desirable.
  • Application of good fault finding and communication skills are essential.

As a HVAC Engineer you will manage and maintain our heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) services and systems undertaking both reactive and planned works.

Playing a pivotal part working within a small team, you will collaborate with the project delivery management team and liaise with various planners.

You will be responsible for installation, servicing, maintenance, fault finding and repairs on a range of HVAC equipment and ensuring they are completed efficiently and in line with health and safety standards and regulations.

Mechanical knowledge and experience of working with air conditioning systems and refrigeration systems, troubleshooting installations as well as fault finding and repairs is essential.

The successful applicant will support the department’s on-call rota, at our offices in Stoke-on-Trent and other sites within the property portfolio. This would include any pre-planned works and responding to equipment issues.

Qualifications
  • Proven track record in working with AC systems, AHU and refrigeration systems.
  • F-Gas Certification City & Guilds (2079) Cat 1.
  • CITB P&P Pipework and Brazing.
  • Awareness of risk assessment and working safely with electronic test equipment.
  • Ability to follow work instructions read and interpret technical diagrams whilst reporting technical information as required.
  • Experience of manufacturer’s certification.
  • Good computer skills (MS Office) with sound knowledge and understanding of ground and air source systems.

Within the Verification team, you will be developing, enhancing, and supporting our business‑critical Verification platform. From the delivery of real time facial recognition systems utilising innovative AI technology, to core operational tooling.

Verification operates as a full stack team who are in the process of undertaking a ground up re‑architecture into Golang, React and Cloud platforms. Core skills within the team are Kafka, SQL, .Net, Golang and Typescript.

The Placement and CashOut team are responsible for the orchestration and fulfilment of user-driven bet placement and settlements from our Sports betting platform, while also maintaining our Cash Out functionality and sports history.
