As our Privacy Manager (Advisory) you’ll play a key part in delivering strategic guidance and effect business transformation by embedding the core principles of privacy by design and privacy by default into all aspects of the group and its operations. The role will support the Group Data Protection Officer in strategy definition, data protection governance, data protection training and the delivery of the Data Protection Programme.

To achieve this, the Privacy Manager will, as a recognised subject matter expert, be responsible for education and awareness, embedding Privacy by Design across the organisation, reviewing, updating and sometimes creating Policies, integrating key processes such as Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), Legitimate Interest Assessments (LIAs) and Records of Processing Activities (ROPA) into Business as Usual (BAU) processes. • A seasoned Investigations Lead, Senior Investigator, or Advisory Specialist with strong judgement and high‑risk exposure
• Experienced in AML/CTF, fraud investigations, RFIs/UARs/SARs, and regulator‑facing investigative work
