The Person

The ideal person for this role is someone who brings both depth of technical expertise and the drive to make a real difference. They will already have a solid grounding in food manufacturing, with hands‑on experience of BRC, internal auditing, and working with major retailers. They understand what good looks like, but more importantly, they have the ambition and confidence to push for better. They will be a natural leader who inspires their team, builds strong relationships across Operations and Technical, and communicates with clarity and conviction. Detail‑driven yet commercially aware, they balance high standards with practical decision‑making and a willingness to roll up their sleeves. Above all, they are dynamic, proactive, and motivated by the opportunity to elevate quality, strengthen systems, and shape a best‑in‑class technical function as the business continues to grow.

If you’re ready to step up, influence change, and make your mark in a premium, fast‑moving food brand, we’d love to hear from you.
