About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Manager with hands-on experience delivering projects across Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Business Central (BC) .

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of Dynamics 365 ERP implementations and upgrades - from discovery and design through to delivery, integration, and post go-live support. This role requires a strong blend of technical understanding, business process knowledge, and project leadership within complex, multi-system environments.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP projects (F&O and BC), ensuring on-time, within-budget, and quality delivery.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, risk registers, and governance frameworks.
• Define project scope, deliverables, and milestones, ensuring clear accountability and alignment with business objectives.
• Manage internal and external project resources, ensuring coordinated execution across multiple workstreams.
• Oversee solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment for both F&O and Business Central environments.
• Coordinate integration activities between D365 modules and external systems such as CRM, WMS, and reporting tools.
• Support data migration, UAT, and change control processes to ensure system readiness and business alignment.

• Experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP projects, with proven exposure to both Finance & Operations (F&O) and Business Central (BC).
• Strong understanding of ERP processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and Manufacturing.
• Demonstrable experience in end-to-end project management, including planning, budgeting, delivery, and stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to work in complex environments with multiple vendors and integrations.
• Certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, or AgilePM preferred.
• Familiarity with WMS, CRM, or third-party integration tools connected to D365.

The DevSecOps Engineer will play a key leadership role in our team as we automate our multiple development pipelines that flow into Docker and Kubernetes on-premise infrastructure. Part of this role will be to migrate our existing Docker Containers to Kubernetes.

This DevSecOps Engineer will implement a Secure Software Development Lifecycle and will need to understand software development (Dev), but enjoy all the things necessary for improving deploying, monitoring, and operating production services (Ops) whilst ensuring that secure development practices are followed (Sec).
