What You'll Do

As demand for AI and technology consulting continues to grow, this role sits at the heart of BCG Platinion's senior hiring agenda across Europe, the Middle East, South America, and Africa (EMESA).

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end executive searches at Managing Director and Director level across multiple geographies, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership throughout.
  • Design and execute market mapping, talent pipelining, innovative sourcing strategies across specialist and emerging capability areas (e.g. AI and Enterprise solutions).
  • Build strong relationships with BCG Platinion and BCG leaders, translating complex role requirements into compelling search briefs aligned to business strategy.
  • Deliver a high touch candidate experience upholding BCG Platinion's reputation as an employer of choice in the senior technology market.
  • Assess senior technology profiles credibly across specialist disciplines - including architecture, digital transformation, enterprise solutions, cybersecurity, and AI - without being a practitioner.
  • Support regional reporting and ad-hoc analysis, providing critical insights to senior leadership.
  • Strengthen BCG Platinion's employer brand across senior talent communities through digital channels, events, and direct outreach, coordinating with the regional Employer Branding team.
  • Innovate with recruiting tools and technologies, including AI to enhance sourcing efficiency and candidate engagement.
  • Work with the Platinion EMESA Recruiting Senior Manager to set and share best practices across several talent acquisition topics.
  • Coordinate our recruiting network of ~30 colleagues across 8 systems, 30+ offices, and 20+ countries across EMESA; facilitate regional network calls and events.
  • Contribute to regional recruiting initiatives and special projects as needed.


What You'll Bring

  • 35+ years of executive or senior-level recruitment experience in professional services, consulting, or a global technology environment.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting or executing searches at Director and Managing Director level across multiple geographies.
  • Familiarity with technology consulting profiles including technology architecture, digital transformation, enterprise solutions, cybersecurity, and AI with the ability to assess technical credibility without being a practitioner.
  • A proven track record of proactive market mapping and building talent pipelines, particularly for specialist or emerging capability areas.
  • Experience contributing to hiring reporting and data workflows for senior leadership audiences.

What You'll Do

This is an amazing opportunity for a Compliance Senior Analyst to join the Regional Compliance Team at BCG, working within any of EMESA, NAMR or AP Regional compliance teams.

The Regional compliance function forms part of BCGs Risk Management and Global Compliance team. The Global Compliance team provides steering and oversight on critical compliance topics that anchor how we all support each other, our clients, and run our business with policies, processes, and systems which we continuously improve. The team develops and implement smart capabilities, toolkits, frameworks, and trainings, to empower BCG staff to act in accordance with our Values and Code of Conduct, and to promote adherence to laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies and procedures.

This is a generalist compliance role that will involve providing support in compliance advisory, training, communications, reporting, and procedural tasks relating to the regional offices throughout BCG, with a focus on the client and project acceptance processes. The role will work proactively on a variety of compliance tasks and projects to support successful compliance outcomes and efficiencies, working broadly across topics such as, but not limited to, the clients and topics we take on, bribery and corruption, insider trading, conflicts of interest, third party risk and information management.

WHAT YOULL DO

  • Contributes to the promotion of the compliance function as a trusted advisor.
  • Supports day-to-day tasks relating to compliance programs (e.g., compliance trainings roll out, setting up and preparing agendas for correspondence/meetings, drafting presentations, collaborating with other regional teams).
  • Supports Senior Management and the System Commercial Advisory process through the evaluation of complex clients and/or topics, and collaborates with the legal team to escalate to senior leadership.
  • Tracks the local adaptation and implementation of risk mitigating measures (e.g., policies and processes).
  • Consolidation of risk reporting / mitigation measures across systems for regional view.
  • Acts as a key point of contact for local system staff across all compliance topics.

  • Receives compliance related information/MI from business stakeholders or from the Global Compliance team and collates into timely reports.

Overview

Process for Consultants (Associates through to Partners) across London, Amsterdam and Brussels. This is a busy, fast paced role and focuses on the career development of London Consultants (Cs). You will be instrumental in providing advice and support to a team of Career Development Advisors (CDAs), each of whom has 8 Advisees who are reviewed in the CD committee twice a year. You will take the lead in setting up and running the CD committee meetings that take place between 7-9 times a year. In addition, you will support the wider LAB CD Team with ad hoc CD programmes and projects.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the CD review process for Consultants which takes place between 7-9 times a year.
  • Meticulously prepare for each CD Committee (CDC) meeting: setting the agenda, ensuring all downward feedback is submitted in time for the meetings, and collaborating with CDAs pre/post committees.
  • Review all incoming evaluations to ensure quality and calibration, maintain timely and accurate performance data inputs, and flag any issues to the relevant CDA Partner.
  • Work with the C CDC Chair: workshopping ideas, acting as a sparring partner, and aligning ahead of each CDC.
  • Provide advice and support to CDAs when they need guidance on CD policies, training and CD programmes.
  • Support CDAs with Performance Improvement Plans/Structured Development plans and team with HR/Staffing teams throughout.
  • Support Consultants with CD/HR/Career path advice and drive engagement and clarity around CD processes, e.g. running regular demystifying sessions with the cohort.
  • Team with L&D and Staffing teams for latest training and staffing opportunities and support with individual action plans.
  • Team with Mobility to ensure transfers are supported with Career Advisors.
  • Support the LAB CD Managers on wider topics such as C2 PA affiliation, LAB Annual Bonus Review, LAB CD transformation projects & system improvements, DE&I Initiatives.
What You’ll Bring
  • 3+ years professional experience within a related People function (Talent, Recruiting, L&D, Staffing) ideally within Consultancy/Professional Services.
  • Degree educated.
  • Strong analytical skillset, with a high level of precision in data management and accuracy.
  • Experience with senior stakeholder management.
  • Confident in use of Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint. Experience with Trello, Slack and Workday is a plus.
  • Knowledge of performance management/talent development desirable.

Job Overview

As the qualitative analyst senior manager at the Centre for Growth you will have a direct role in delivering our ambition to: take a leading role in positioning BCG as the recognised leading voice and perspective in the UK market on key topics, with a specific focus on providing the qualitative underpinning for our work; play a leadership role as the Centre seeks to drive UK growth and advantage by orchestrating breakthroughs in ideas and action that lead to material shifts and change; lead our push to build both external and internal networks and partnerships to aid the impact of the Centre's work; and present to external stakeholders on all aspects of our work.

Responsibilities
  1. Bring the best of BCG to external audiences, partnering with internal or external experts on deep dive research and convening leaders across the public and private sector to drive discussion and action on specific issues.
  2. Lead BCG's macroeconomic work in the UK by supporting CEOs, CFOs and leadership teams to understand the current economic outlook and leveraging our deep understanding of their businesses and macroeconomic trends.
  3. Provide expert and advisory input to client teams on economic topics, ranging from macroeconomic or policy analysis to outlook for specific sectors across public and private markets.
  4. Help to drive BCG Centre for Growth agenda & profile.
  5. Lead the end‑to‑end development of up to four priority research topics per year, from idea creation to research to sustained external engagement.
  6. Own and direct the qualitative analysis and research across all of the Centre's workstreams.
  7. Drive partnerships with different BCG practice area teams to identify and act on opportunities to leverage the Centre as a platform to support broader commercial priorities and thought leadership.
  8. Develop new products to showcase the Centre's analysis for both internal and external audiences.
  9. Represent BCG in public conversation and movement around key topics through social media dialogue, op‑eds, interviews, and formal reports.
  10. Perform in‑depth qualitative analysis and academic‑level research, including understanding the impact of policy changes on economic outcomes.
  11. Compile, clean and analyse inputs to support and evidence your research.
  12. Drive and deliver outputs autonomously while collaborating as needed.
  13. Create coherent messaging from complex topics and adapt communication for different audiences.
  14. Network and collaborate to drive the creation of coalitions that support the aims of the Centre for Growth.
  15. Manage fast‑paced workstreams and support the development of internal BCG secondees into the Centre.
  16. Enjoy learning new skills and rapidly getting up to speed on abstract and technical topics while retaining a clear vision of the bigger picture.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience working in consulting, the civil service, think tanks, academia or similar roles with a specific qualitative research aspect.
  • Expert knowledge of qualitative research methods and a proven track record of developing research and analysis.
  • Experience navigating economic databases and analysing large datasets.
  • Experience researching and authoring analysis on fast‑moving topics.
  • Ideally experience of working in both the private and public sector, or at least a good understanding of both spheres.
  • Experience managing and directing a small team delivering on tight timelines.

What You'll Do

As a ValueScience Center (VSC) Senior Analyst within BCG's Corporate Finance & Strategy (CFS) Practice Area, you will work in a growing global team providing Corporate Finance & Financial Modelling expertise and insights whilst deployed occasionally on case and proposal work. Youll serve as a thought partner and content expert to case teams and topic leaders, helping structure and solve complex issues.


Additionally, you will support your Shareholder Value topic in developing existing & new Financial Models, Intellectual Property and Knowledge Assets, applying the Total Shareholder Return (TSR) concept. You will work on commercialization efforts for the topic, in conjunction with business leaders, supporting marketing efforts, conferences and publications. You will learn and develop analyses using data analytics and GenAI tools.

YOURE GOOD AT

  • Passionate and knowledgeable about Capital Markets, Valuation, Financial Modelling, Corporate Strategy, and Investment Landscape
  • Understand how Mergers & Acquisitions work and how to evaluate Investments
  • Strong in Excel and Financial modelling is a must, as Is a good grasp of GenAI tools

  • Solid knowledge and analytical skills in Corporate Finance and Financial Modelling
