Job Description

The Role

  • Minimum 2 years’ of continued post-qualification experience in panel beating, vehicle body repair and be able to provide evidence of your experience.
  • You must be a strong team player whilst having the confidence to work on your own initiative.
  • You will work to a high standard and demonstrate a sound, up-to-date technical knowledge.
  • This is a team strongly motivated by quality results and efficient working ethics, you will be able to demonstrate a proactive attitude, focused on results and customer service.
  • Ensuring all health & safety and compliance procedures are followed within the workshop
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in commercial vehicle paint repair and refinishing
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Good understanding of health and safety practices in a collision repair environment
  • Ability to work well within a team and follow defined repair processes

The Role
  • Servicing, maintenance, and repair of HGVs to a high standard
  • MOT preparation, inspections, and defect rectification
  • Advanced diagnostics and fault‑finding using modern diagnostic equipment
  • Onsite mobile support for breakdowns and fleet assistance as required
  • Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with compliance standards
  • Maintaining accurate job cards and workshop documentation
Working Hours
  • Monday to Thursday
  • 46 hours per week
  • 06:00 – 18:00

  • C+E licence preferred (not essential)
