About the School:

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting teaching and learning across Key Stage 2, working with pupils of mixed abilities, including those with additional needs. This role offers the opportunity to teach across KS2 and make a meaningful impact on pupils' academic and personal development.
Role Responsibilities:
- Support class teachers in delivering high-quality learning experiences across KS2
- Teach and lead learning activities across Key Stage 2 under the guidance of teaching staff
- Deliver small group interventions and 1:1 sessions where required
- Provide in-class support to ensure inclusion and differentiated learning
- Work collaboratively with the SENCO and teaching teams to support pupils with additional needs
- Monitor, assess and record pupil progress, feeding back to staff and parents when appropriate
- Cover lessons as needed in the absence of the class teacher (within HLTA remit)
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold HLTA status or an equivalent recognised Level 4 qualification (or be working towards it)
- Have recent experience working in a UK primary school setting
- Be confident teaching and leading groups or whole classes across KS2
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Show flexibility, initiative, and a calm, positive attitude
- Have experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) - desirable but not essential
- Possess a strong understanding of safeguarding and child development

About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Operational Support Manager. You will be responsible for:
- Managing the performance of the Service's Operational Support Administration team, which offers administrative support to our Prevention, Response & Resilience and Protection teams.
- Working with the Heads of Service for Prevention, Response and Resilience, Service Improvement and Protection to assist in the effective running of the Service.
- Acting as the system owner for the Service’s Premises Risk Management System (PRMS).
- Making day-to-day decisions on Operational Support issues and prioritising according to Service aims.

- Providing an on‑site Estate Officer presence at our Brackley scheme three days per week, ensuring communal areas are clean, safe and well maintained.
- Carrying out communal cleaning duties and supporting the effective management of bin stores and waste disposal arrangements.
- Identifying required communal repairs and recommending cost‑effective solutions.
- Acting as a 'good neighbour' and first point of contact for resident enquiries about their homes and services.
- Supporting the health & safety of residents living within our flatted blocks
- Managing a patch of flatted blocks, ensuring safety, maintenance and estate standards are maintained.
- Undertaking monthly health and safety inspections of communal areas of flatted blocks, following up on actions identified and ensuring items are dealt with promptly.
- Making safe and reporting any Health & Safety matters which might constitute a danger on our estates
- Monitoring cleaning and grounds maintenance contractors to ensure high estate standards and resident safety.
We're looking for someone who is practical, proactive and passionate about delivering excellent services to residents and communities.
To be successful in this role, you'll be:
- Numerate and literate, with practical minor repair skills across a range of areas
- Physically fit and able to undertake the demands of the role, including lifting bulky items, working at height and working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Knowledgeable about current Health & Safety regulations and their application within the workplace
- In possession of a valid UK driving licence
- Organised, with excellent time management and problem‑solving skills
- Comfortable using basic IT systems and technology to carry out day‑to‑day responsibilities
