Business Development Manager - German speaking
Our client is seeking a Business Development Manager to represent a portfolio of luxury hotels across the Caribbean, Mexico and wider international destinations. Based in the UK and fluent in both English and Germany, you will build strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators and key trade partners across the UK, Germany, Switzerland and Poland. This is a remote role with frequent travel in Europe and occasional long haul trips.

Business Development Manager responsibilities:

  • Grow trade relationships across UK/DACH/Poland
  • Deliver engaging training (in person & virtual)
  • Plan market visits, roadshows and partner meetings
  • Drive engagement through incentives & rewards
  • Lead sales campaigns with commercial & marketing teams
  • Host FAM trips and trade events
  • Support tour operators with training & promotions
  • Analyse market trends and identify growth opportunities
  • Maintain CRM reporting and partner activity logs

Business Development Manager skills required:

  • Fluent German & English
  • Experience in travel, tourism, hospitality or hotel representation
  • Confident presenter with strong relationship building skills
  • Organised, proactive and commercially aware
  • Strong PowerPoint, Excel and CRM skills
  • Existing trade relationships across UK/DACH/Poland (advantageous)
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel

Are you a strategic, commercially focused marketing leader looking to make a real impact? We're seeking an experienced Marketing Manager  to lead the marketing strategy across an exciting portfolio of B2B and B2C brands within the travel industry. 

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a multi-channel marketing function, leading digital campaigns that drive audience growth, customer engagement and commercial revenue. You'll manage and develop a talented marketing team while working closely with senior stakeholders to shape the future direction of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver integrated marketing strategies across a portfolio of digital and print brands.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, content, paid media and website marketing.
  • Lead marketing activity for industry events, driving registrations, ticket sales, awards entries and attendee engagement.
  • Create and optimise customer journeys, segmentation and marketing automation using CRM and marketing platforms.
  • Deliver commercial client campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring successful execution and measurable results.
  • Analyse campaign performance, website traffic and audience insights, using data to optimise future marketing activity.
  • Manage marketing budgets, KPIs and reporting, presenting performance insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Lead brand development, ensuring consistent messaging and creative execution across all platforms.
  • Identify new audience growth opportunities, partnerships and innovative marketing initiatives.
  • Manage, mentor and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
  • Work closely with commercial, editorial and customer success teams to support business objectives and maximise revenue opportunities.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role with responsibility for developing and delivering successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong digital marketing expertise across email, content, social media, CRM, marketing automation and analytics.
  • Experience using customer engagement or marketing automation platforms to build personalised customer journeys.
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience using data and insights to drive performance.
  • Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, commercially minded approach with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the online travel sector preferred but not essential

Business travel consultant - touring specialist  - Required for this expanding independent based in the West End. Homebased, hybrid or office based, salary between 40/48k, previous touring experience ideally ly but they would consider a very strong corporate, media or production consultant looking to work in touring. Ideally sabre but they will cross train  

Business travel  touring specialist duties
-Manage entertainment and touring client travel logistics ensuring the highest level of service is provided at all times.
-Handling air, hotels, ground transport, meet & assist and private charters providing full dedicated support to all customers using sabre 
-Ensure a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of role Prioritise work load, delivering within given deadlines
-Ensuring client budgets and specific requirements are met
-Process any administrative tasks including accounting queries, promptly and accurately

Business travel touring specialist skills required
-Ideally touring experience, but they will consider film, TV, production or a corporate consultant 
-Ideally sabre knowledge but they are more than happy to cross train
-Would prefer hybrid, but happy with homebased for the right candidate
-Hours of work 10am to 6pm
