Full time 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday
Salary £52,500 per annum
The Camping and Caravanning Club is the world's oldest and largest Club for all forms of camping, and our aim is to help people enjoy the simple pleasures that camping can bring.
We are recruiting for two Regional Surveyors to join our Property & Development team. One role will support the Midlands region, while the other will cover the North region. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering refurbishment, fit-out, and new-build projects from initial brief through to completion. They will also support the ongoing repair and maintenance of sites, ensuring works are completed within agreed timescales and budgets, while effectively managing external consultant/contractors throughout each project.
These roles require regular travel across the site UK network, including overnight stays and at least one visit each week to our office in Coventry Cv4 8JH.
Daily duties and responsibilities will include:
- Managing minor capital work projects and repair requests on the club network, ensuring pre inspections are completed within defined timescales
- Regular inspections to ensure all projects are completed to a required standard.
- Supervise and audit contractors on a regular basis, ensuring work meets with all current health & safety standards including CDM regulations.
- Assist with preparation of drawings and budgetary submissions as required.
- Provide technical and legislative knowledge on new products, renewable energy, sustainable opportunities on development of new schemes.
- Contribute to the operation and development of the facilities management system.
- Work closely within the property team and wider organisation in developing our campsites to ensure health & safety compliance, operational and commercial, this includes attending all necessary meetings and support the department where necessary.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate the :
Minimum 3 years’ experience in the property and Construction Industry.
HNC or ONC in Building Studies or similar construction industry related qualification.
Health & Safety awareness & CDM Regulations.
Conversant with current legislation and statutory requirements relating to building and inspection works.
Plan and organise workloads in a demanding environment with high levels of accuracy with attention to detail.
Project manage from design brief through to completion with minimal supervision.
Produce and communicate technical information in drawn and written formats.

We are recruiting for a Payroll Administrator on a 12 month fixed term contract within our HR department. The Payroll Administrator supports the Payroll Manager to deliver both monthly and fortnightly pay cycles and provide an accurate and efficient service to our employees and the wider business.
Daily duties and responsibilities will include:
- Support colleagues and line managers to process an accurate and efficient service to our employees and the wider business, including responding to payroll related queries.
- Process end-to-end payroll for colleagues, ensuring accurate and timely payments, complying with contractual and statutory obligations.
- Maintain and update employee records, including changes to pay, tax codes and deductions.
- Calculate and process statutory payments such as SSP, SMP, and SPP, ensuring compliance with payroll legislation with internal policies.
- Process payments, deductions and instructions from third parties, including DWP, HMRC and Court Orders.
- Assist in reconciling payroll reports, manual calculations, resolving exception reporting and discrepancies, and Year End.
- Work with the People Team to ensure accurate and timely on, and off boarding of starters, movers and leavers in the Club.
- Support with Auto-enrolment processing.
- Understand the rostering system as a source of payroll data feed.
- Assist the Payroll Manager with troubleshooting and resolving queries around payment, tax, pension etc.
- Support with ad hoc payroll processes including TUPE, closures and transfers.
- Assist with the completion of statutory returns.
- Providing support and administrative assistance to the People Team.
- Ensure data security, HMRC, GDPR, pension compliance is followed.
- Focus on continuous improvement, identifying and raising areas for process improvement, with a view to simplification and automation where possible.
We are looking for the following in applications:
- Level 2/GCSE Maths or equivalent
- Experience in delivering high volume, hands on, end to end payroll in a medium - large organisation
- Experience as a Payroll Administrator or in a similar role
- Experience in payroll systems e.g. iTrent
- Knowledge of payroll processing and relevant regulations, legislation and
- Statutory reporting requirements.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Service Centre Management Team by delivering outstanding customer service and high?quality member communication across all channels. The position is focused on consistently meeting agreed KPIs and SLAs whilst maintaining a friendly, professional, and solutions?driven approach. A core part of the role is to add value wherever possible, enhancing every interaction and contributing to the overall success and objectives of the Club.
Daily duties and responsibilities will include:
- Champion the value of Club membership by confidently communicating its benefits and proactively engaging non?members to drive membership growth.
- Handle all member and non?member bookings for Club Sites, aiming to convert every enquiry into a confirmed booking while offering attractive alternatives when first choice is not available, providing, at all times, sales through service.
- Manage membership renewals efficiently, processing payments and ensuring a seamless, positive renewal experience for every member.
- Conduct outbound calls to support retention, bookings management, and other targeted campaigns as directed by the Service Centre Management Team.
- Be confident, and knowledgeable on all Club products and Services to be able to deliver exceptional service on all calls, both inbound and outbound.
- To utilise skills of persuasion to encourage members to engage more with us or renew their membership.
- Provide exceptional service on every call, combining friendliness with professionalism to deliver accurate information and build strong member relationships.
- Consistently meet and exceed call?handling KPIs, contributing to the overall performance and success of the Service Centre.
- Drive customer satisfaction in line with Net Promoter Score expectations.
- To recognise when levels of confidentiality are required and remain professional at all times, ensuring to meet with all relevant legislation including GDPR and payment processing.

We are recruiting for a Digital Marketing Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Digital Marketing Manager in maximising the performance of the Club's digital owned platforms (website and app) through the execution of best-in-class content publishing and the continuous application of Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) practices. This role is crucial for driving measurable improvements in traffic growth and booking conversion.
Responsibilities- Execute daily website content updates
- Analyse qualitative and quantitative website feedback to identify UX friction points
- Maintain and continuously train the Club's AI chatbot to improve accuracy and user flows
- Build A/B tests and report on results
- Support digital project rollouts by conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and monitoring new feature releases
- GCSE/Level 2 equivalent in English
- Proven competency in Google Analytics (or equivalent web analytics platform)
- Experience successfully managing and publishing content via a Content Management System (CMS) and ensuring adherence to technical SEO best practices
- Experience utilising web commercial metrics (e.g., Conversion Rate, Bounce Rate, Exit Rate) to inform and optimise user journeys
- Experience liaising with key stakeholders, especially Product, Technical, and Design teams
- Exceptional communication skills with a strong track record of presenting data findings to non-technical audiences
- Full UK driving licence
