YOUR ROLEWe are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to join our growing practice, supporting the delivery of ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
In this role, you will be accountable for the end‑to‑end delivery of ServiceNow projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard. You will oversee project planning, governance, resourcing, financials, and reporting, while proactively managing risks, issues, and dependencies across the delivery lifecycle.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders, business SMEs, and delivery teams to drive successful delivery outcomes, ensuring alignment between business priorities and platform capabilities. You will facilitate key project ceremonies, manage delivery plans, and maintain clear and consistent communication across all stakeholders.
Leveraging your experience with ServiceNow HRSD, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, confidently leading high‑level solution and design discussions, and engaging the appropriate functional and technical experts as needed.

YOUR PROFILE Essential Experience & Certifications- ServiceNow accreditations at minimum: ServiceNow foundations, HR foundations
- Beneficial certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, CIS HRSD, SCRUM Master
- Proven experience leading the delivery of large global ServiceNow HRSD and HRIS Implementations
- Experience with project management and related tools (JIRA, MS Project, MIRO, MS Excel (intermediate), MS PowerPoint)
- A strong understanding of HR operations, the employee lifecycle and how HR services are delivered across an organisation.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD, including core capabilities such as HR case management, the Employee Centre, HR Knowledge Management, the HR Service Catalogue, Employee Journeys, Workbooks and Flows.
- Familiarity with the sales to delivery journey, including how client opportunities move from initial pursuit or proposal into mobilisation and implementation.
- Be able to articulate ServiceNow HR / AI features to our customers.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work as an interface between senior stakeholders, business SMEs, and delivery teams.
- Evidence of working within a typical technology delivery lifecycle, including discovery and requirements gathering, solution design, testing, rollout, change management, hypercare and continuous improvement.
- Evidence of working within agile frameworks and utilizing best practice delivery methodologies such as Scrum, SAFe and PMP.

Consulting Mindset & Delivery- Previous consulting experience, with the ability to structure problems, engage stakeholders, and deliver outcomes in fast-paced environments

Hands-on experience in at least one key area of intelligent automation, such as:
- RPA development (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, NICE, ServiceNow, Power Platform)
- IDP (Intelligent Document Processing) (e.g., Hyperscience, ABBYY, Kofax)
- NLP, ML, or AI-enabled automation (e.g., Spacy, Azure Cognitive Services)
- Low-code platforms (e.g., Appian, Power Platform, Pega, Dynamics 365)
- Workflow orchestration
- Exposure to Agentic AI, IoT or emerging automation technologies
- Understanding of the end-to-end intelligent automation lifecycle, from discovery and design through to deployment and continuous improvement
- Experience with process optimisation techniques, such as Lean Six Sigma
- Understanding of BPMN and DMN for process mapping and decision modelling
- Awareness of tools like Celonis, Signavio, KNIME or similar analytics / process mining platforms
- Ability to interpret process data and recommend improvements
- Awareness of how automation contributes to sustainability outcomes

As a Process Mining Consultant, you will deliver end-to-end solutions that uncover inefficiencies and drive impactful business improvements. Working closely with diverse teams, you will turn complex data into actionable insights and help clients achieve operational excellence.
Responsibilities- Work on process mining projects from data extraction to insight delivery.
- Develop dashboards and analyses using tools like Celonis, ARIS, or Signavio.

- Expertise in process mining tools such as Celonis, ARIS, or Signavio, including developing dashboards and configuring advanced analyses.
- Experienced on running project phases independently, managing client communications, and ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Proficient in addressing business challenges using data-driven insights and recommending targeted process improvements.
- Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, with practical application experience.
- Excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Skilled in conducting workshops to gather client requirements and explain complex analytical findings in accessible terms.
- Familiarity with integration points between process mining platforms and enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for comprehensive process analysis.
- Proven ability to manage challenges during project delivery while maintaining client confidence and trust.
- Experience training clients in process mining tools and methodologies.
