The role
We're looking for a commercially minded Head of Commercial Finance to join our growing Experiences division.
Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you’ll play a key role in shaping commercial decisions across a fast-growing global business. You'll lead finance partnering for our Americas region while supporting strategic business development, global growth initiatives and new product development across the Experiences portfolio.
This is a highly visible leadership role where you'll work closely with senior stakeholders across the UK and US, providing insight, challenge and commercial guidance that influences business performance and future investment decisions.
You’ll also manage two direct reports, helping develop capability across the wider team while driving a culture of continuous improvement. As our Experiences business continues its ambitious growth journey, this role offers the opportunity to influence international expansion, support new partnerships and franchises, and play a significant part in the business planning and forecasting process.
This role is based at Manchester Airport with hybrid working (typically two days per week in the office). You'll also be comfortable flexing your working hours on 3 days of the week to collaborate with US stakeholders and travelling to the US approximately once per quarter.
What you’ll be doing- Partnering with senior stakeholders across the UK and Americas to provide commercial finance leadership and insight.
- Acting as the lead finance partner for the Americas region, supporting operational performance and strategic growth.
- Supporting business planning, forecasting, budgeting and reporting across the global Experiences business.
- Leading commercial appraisal of new business opportunities, partnerships and investment decisions.
- Delivering insightful financial analysis to influence strategic and operational decision making.
- Supporting international expansion into new markets, ensuring appropriate financial governance and controls are established.
- Leading and developing two direct reports while coaching and supporting the wider finance team.
- Driving improvements across reporting, forecasting, financial processes and analytical capability.
- Working cross‑functionally with Growth, Operations, Delivery and Corporate Finance teams to support successful commercial outcomes.
You’ll be an experienced commercial finance professional who enjoys partnering with senior stakeholders, building trusted relationships and influencing business decisions.
You are naturally curious, commercially aware and thrive in fast‑paced, growing organisations where no two days are the same.
We’re looking for someone who brings:- A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Significant experience within commercial finance, finance business partnering or commercial leadership.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and challenging decisions in a constructive, commercially focused way.
- Strong business partnering skills with the confidence to build relationships across international teams and remote stakeholders.
- Previous experience leading or coaching finance professionals.
- Excellent commercial awareness with the ability to translate financial information into meaningful business insight.
- Experience within a consumer‑focused industry such as travel, hospitality, leisure or retail would be advantageous, although airport experience isn't essential.
- A proactive, collaborative approach and genuine enthusiasm for helping a growing international business succeed.

The RoleWe’re looking for an experienced and commercially-minded Head of Assurance & Compliance to join our Strategy & Governance Leadership Team.
Reporting to the Strategy & Governance Director , you will lead the development and delivery of CAVU’s Assurance & Compliance framework, providing independent second‑line oversight and assurance across our growing global business. This is a highly visible leadership role, working closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation to ensure CAVU operates responsibly, sustainably and in line with internal policies, legal requirements and regulatory standards.
You will be responsible for defining and implementing a risk‑based assurance strategy, evaluating the effectiveness of controls, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing valuable insights that support strategic decision‑making. Working across multiple functions, you will provide constructive challenge, drive a culture of compliance, and help ensure risks are effectively managed as CAVU continues to scale.
Acting as CAVU’s key liaison with MAG Audit, Cyber Security and Data Protection teams, you will also play a critical role in supporting industry certifications, regulatory compliance, and customer bid responses relating to compliance and governance standards.
What You’ll Be Doing- Defining and evolving CAVU’s Assurance & Compliance framework and second‑line operating model
- Developing and delivering a risk‑based assurance programme aligned to business priorities and regulatory requirements
- Evaluating the design and effectiveness of business controls, processes and procedures across CAVU
- Identifying control weaknesses, compliance risks and opportunities for process improvement
- Providing challenge, guidance and assurance to senior leaders while maintaining second‑line independence
- Leading assurance reviews and communicating clear, evidence‑based findings to management and governance forums
- Monitoring and reporting on remediation actions, ensuring issues are appropriately tracked and resolved
- Championing compliance with internal policies, legal requirements and industry standards including GDPR, PCI DSS and CCPA
- Supporting the business in achieving and maintaining external certifications, including ISO standards
- Working with Legal, Cyber, Audit and Data Protection teams to ensure alignment of compliance activities and minimise duplication

You’ll be a credible assurance, audit or compliance leader with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and balance commercial objectives with effective governance and risk management.
You'll bring:

- Significant experience in assurance, compliance, audit, risk management or internal controls leadership roles

Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, you will lead CAVU’s global presales, bid management and Propel implementation functions across AMER, EMEA and APAC. This is a highly influential leadership role, critical to driving growth, winning new business, and ensuring seamless delivery of our technology platform on a global scale.
You will own the end-to-end bid lifecycle—from shaping compelling presales strategies and leading high-quality RFP/RFI submissions, through to successful client onboarding and implementation delivery. Alongside this, you’ll play a key role in shaping product direction by translating client requirements into scalable, market-leading solutions.

Associate Finance Business Partner (12 Month FTC)
Temporary – Manchester Airport / Hybrid
The roleWe're looking for an Associate Finance Business Partner to join our Marketplace Finance team, supporting one of CAVU's fastest-growing global divisions.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you'll provide high-quality financial partnering, reporting and analysis across key business functions including Growth, Technology, Ecommerce, Marketing and Product. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll help drive commercial decision-making, challenge performance, identify opportunities, and ensure strong financial control across a significant cost and capital investment base.
What you'll be doing- Partnering with stakeholders across Marketplace to provide financial insight, challenge and support.
- Supporting the development and management of operating costs and capital expenditure plans across multiple territories.
- Producing accurate and timely management reporting, forecasting, budgeting and reforecasting.
- Delivering meaningful analysis of business performance against KPIs, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Building financial models and business cases to support strategic decision‑making and investment proposals.
- Leading analysis of contract renewals, commercial agreements and post‑investment reviews.
- Supporting robust month‑end and year‑end reporting processes.
- Ensuring strong financial governance, cost control and compliance with accounting policies.
- Working closely with Finance Shared Services to ensure accurate reporting and financial controls.
You'll be a proactive and commercially minded finance professional who enjoys building relationships, influencing stakeholders and translating financial information into actionable business insights.
- Studying towards full qualifications.
- Strong financial reporting, management accounting and analytical skills.
- Experience working within a commercial finance or business partnering environment is desirable.
- Advanced Excel skills, with financial modelling experience preferred.
- Experience using SAP and/or Power BI would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high‑quality outputs to tight deadlines.
- A collaborative, positive approach with a strong attention to detail.
- The confidence to challenge constructively and influence decision‑making at all levels.
