Beacon House is recruiting an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our dedicated team at Beacon House, a 29-bed residential care home. You will provide person-centred care, supporting residents to maintain dignity, independence and respect within a warm, welcoming environment.

We offer shift meals, pension, annual leave, funded training and career progression opportunities. A great team supports you, with dedicated support from your manager and leadership group. Sponsorship is not provided.

Role Overview

Windward House is a 42‑bed care home located in the village of South Brent, Devon. We are dedicated to providing a comfortable and supportive home for residents aged 65 and over. Our Care Assistants benefit from a full‑time position, and they work in a community where each resident’s dignity and individuality are respected.

We are looking for kind and caring individuals who want to make a genuine difference in the lives of others. The Care Assistant role is essential to delivering high‑quality care and ensuring residents feel safe, valued, and truly at home.

We are currently not offering sponsorship.

• Provide high‑quality, compassionate care that upholds dignity and respects each resident’s individuality.

• Caregiving experience: 1 year (preferred)
• Address within a commutable distance to South Brent (required)

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic and growing team, servicing five care homes across South Devon. If you are someone who is passionate about maintaining safe and comfortable environments and enjoys hands‑on work, we would love to hear from you!

Locations: Teignmouth, South Brent, Dartmouth, and surrounding areas

Hours: Full or Part time
