Treasury Director
Department: Finance
Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time
Location: UK - London
DescriptionCFC is looking for a Head of Treasury to build and lead our treasury function at a pivotal stage of growth. Reporting to the Deputy Group Financial Controller, you'll take ownership of cash, liquidity, funding, banking relationships and treasury strategy across a fast-growing, international business.
This is a rare opportunity to shape a function rather than inherit one. You'll lead a small team, influence senior stakeholders and build the processes, controls and reporting that support CFC's continued global expansion.
About the roleUnlike a traditional insurance carrier treasury role, this position sits much closer to the commercial heartbeat of the business. You'll be managing premium flows, FX exposure, banking relationships, debt obligations and working capital across multiple jurisdictions, helping ensure CFC is equipped for its next phase of growth.
You'll lead treasury activity across the Group, overseeing cash and liquidity management, funding requirements, banking relationships and treasury reporting. You'll drive improvements to forecasting, controls and governance while ensuring the business has clear visibility of its global cash position.
About youYou're an experienced treasury leader who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery. You have deep expertise in treasury, banking and liquidity management and are comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
You may come from insurance, broking, financial services or another complex multi-entity, multi-currency business. Most importantly, you're commercially minded, naturally collaborative and excited by the opportunity to build something rather than simply maintain it.
You'll be a qualified accountant or treasury professional (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, ACT or equivalent) with a track record of improving treasury processes, influencing senior stakeholders and creating scalable solutions that support business growth.
