We are seeking an ECVIM-CA/ACVIM Diplomate (or residency-trained/board-eligible clinician) or RCVS Advanced Practitioner in Small Animal Internal Medicine to join us and help shape our new, purpose-built referral hospital in North Essex.

Colchester Veterinary Referral & ECC Hospital is seeking an experienced ECVIM-CA / ECVDI Diplomate (or residency‑trained / board‑eligible clinician) or RCVS Advanced Practitioner in Diagnostic Imaging to join and help shape the growing imaging service at our new, purpose‑built referral hospital in North Essex.

With a strong emphasis on collaboration, respect, and lifelong learning, we are looking for a talented diagnostic imaging clinician to lead and develop our advanced diagnostic imaging service.

Qualifications Experienced ECVIM-CA / ECVDI Diplomate or residency‑trained / board‑eligible clinician, or RCVS Advanced Practitioner in Diagnostic Imaging. Ability to lead and develop imaging protocols, introduce new techniques, and shape the future direction of the imaging service.

• Lead and develop the advanced diagnostic imaging service.
• Work directly with hospital owner and senior clinical leaders to drive innovation and clinical development.
• Mentor interns, certificate candidates, and junior vets.
• Oversee imaging protocols and continuous quality improvement.

• Competitive Salary : £75,000 - £110,000+ per annum (depending on experience, qualifications and leadership responsibilities). Flexible working options available.
