Description :


The HR Generalist will support the Human Resources function at the Round Lake Manufacturing Plant, with a primary focus on leave administration, employee accommodations, employee life cycle events, and employee relations. This role serves as a trusted resource to employees and leaders, ensuring HR programs and practices are administered consistently, compliantly, and effectively.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing leave and accommodation processes and resolving employee relations matters in a manufacturing environment. Experience with Workday is strongly preferred.
Administer employee leave programs, including tracking, documentation, and case management in compliance with company policies and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
Manage accommodation requests and engage in the interactive process to support employees requiring workplace accommodation.
Works independently to resolve straightforward ER issues
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees regarding employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and workplace concerns.
Assist the employee life cycle processes (recruitment, onboarding and offboarding)
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records within Workday and other HR systems
Serve as the primary point of contact for employees visiting HR, assessing their needs, tracking recurring concerns, and proactively communicating strategic solutions to address underlying issues.
High school diploma required. Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum of 1-3 years of Human Resource experience

Client is looking for a hands-on Network DevOps Contractor. The primary objective is to execute network automation tasks across our multi-cloud footprint (AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI). You will join the Network Infrastructure Services  team to build, deploy, and maintain standardized network modules, ensuring our environment stays agile and secure.



Scope of Work



IaC Execution: Develop and maintain Terraform modules to provision multi-cloud network resources (Transit Gateways, VNET Peering, Cloud Routers, and Load Balancers).
Automated Provisioning: Build and troubleshoot Python scripts to automate routine network operations (IPAM updates, DNS record management, and Firewall policy deployments).
Multi-Cloud Connectivity: Standardize cross-cloud connectivity between AWS, GCP,Azure, and OCI using native cloud tools and VPN/Direct Connect configurations.
Pipeline Support: Manage and fix CI/CD deployment pipelines (GitHub Actions) for network infrastructure to ensure "clean" code merges and successful deployments.
Day-to-Day Ops: Respond to internal infrastructure requests for VPC/VNET modifications, ensuring all changes follow  client "Network-as-Code" standards.


Technical Skills Required


Experience: 5 - 8 years in Network DevOps or Cloud Networking.
Cloud Environments: Hands-on experience configuring any of the below:
AWS: VPC, Security Groups, Transit Gateway, Route53.
Azure: VNET, NSG, Virtual WAN.
GCP/OCI: Basic networking constructs (VCN, DRG, Shared VPC).


The Toolkit:

Title: Materials Planning & Logistics Specialist
Location: Onsite at Lisle, IL

Duration: 6 Months 
Hours: Monday - Friday/8 AM-5 PM

Candidates must be local and able to work onsite in Lisle, IL 5 days a week, NOT hybrid for this team

Description:


The person's main responsibility will be to support the manufacturing plant's request for support on material availability to meet production.
Working with internal and external suppliers to meet the production requirements.
The person will be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve and implementing processes and solutions to prevent recurrence.
This person will also be given assignments to work with production facilities on cost savings opportunities in freight, logistics, operations, etc as defined

Title: Facility Maintenance Technician - 2 Openings

Location: Onsite at Elmendorf, TX

Duration: 12 Months

Description:





Duties:


Performs routine building maintenance tasks, including but not limited to:


Drywall patching
Painting
Cubicle demo/install
Office furniture moves


Performs general facility and equipment support:

Light plumbing repairs (fixtures, leaks, drains)
Changing HVAC filters and basic HVAC upkeep
Load, unload, and stage truck deliveries
Monitor and pump out containment pads
Maintain, monitor, & inspect facility equipment (compressors, generators, etc.)


Supports maintenance, repair, and cleanliness of site operations:

Perform basic machine and equipment repair (mechanical components, belts, motors)
Assist with preventative maintenance on facility and test equipment
Perform general cleaning of site, work areas, shop floors, and equipment
Maintain 5S standards and safe/organized workspaces


Supports technical troubleshooting and operations:

Assist with troubleshooting electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
Support repairs to facility infrastructure and prototype/test equipment
Identify issues and escalate complex repairs as needed
Perform general labor and support tasks across the facility




Required Skills:


Basic knowledge of:


Electrical systems (wiring, outlets, low-voltage systems)
Pneumatic systems (air lines, regulators, compressors)
Mechanical systems (motors, pumps, basic machine components)
Hydraulic systems (pumps, actuators)
Plumbing and carpentry


Ability to:

Perform minor repairs on building systems and equipment
Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
Read and follow work instructions and safety procedures


Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Good communication and teamwork across teams


 

Education:


High School Diploma or equivalent


 

Experience:


3+ years of facility maintenance or related experience
Experience with preventative maintenance and basic equipment repair preferred
Exposure to industrial or R&D environments is a plus


 

Physical Requirements / Work Environment:


Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to climb ladders and work at heights
Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Comfortable working around shop equipment, vehicles, and active operations
