This fast-growing business is on the search for their first eCommerce Manager. Having launched the brand only a few years ago, they have grown a cult following and stock in some major retailers.
This is a critical hire. They are looking for a well-rounded eCommerce specialist who has a proven track record in both trading and optimisation. This role would suit someone who has experience working in a small start-up environment, who is self-motivated, and excited about having full autonomy of the eCommerce site
About the role- Develop and execute the online trading strategy to drive sales growth.
- Conduct regular site audits to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Manage the relationship with the Digital Marketing agency, monitor their performance, and provide guidance on how to improve.
- Develop and implement a content strategy that drives conversion.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of website traffic and sales funnels to identify conversion bottlenecks.
- Several years experience working in eCommerce ideally in the fashion space.
- Experience with Shopify (and comfortable with being the go-to).
- Strong commercial and trade experience, with a deep understanding of how to drive growth within eCommerce.
- Able to clearly demonstrate success in increasing online sales and improving conversion rates.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Cranberry Panda is supporting a major global e‑commerce retailer with the hire of an E‑commerce Commercial Enablement Manager for their European business. This role will lead a regional commercial enablement agenda, building capability across 1P retail, category/merchandising, supply chain and commercial strategy.
You’ll be central to developing how commercial teams operate, making sure they have the knowledge, tools and best practice to deliver performance at scale.
What you’ll be doing- Own the European commercial enablement roadmap, aligned to wider business goals.
- Create and run enablement programmes across:
- 1P retail fundamentals
- Category & merchandising excellence
- Commercial operations and supply chain
- Retail/e‑commerce strategy and planning
- Work with senior leaders to identify skill gaps and deliver targeted solutions.
- Build and guide a network of regional category enablement leads/champions to support rollout across Europe.
- Keep content current using market trends, emerging tools and modern learning approaches.
- Track outcomes and adoption, using data to continuously improve impact.
- 5+ years in e‑commerce or retail commercial roles (1P, category, merchandising, supply chain, or commercial strategy).
- Proven experience building and delivering commercial learning/enablement through formal programmes or in‑role leadership.
- Strong understanding of how online retail businesses drive growth through commercial execution.
- Comfortable operating in a high‑tempo, scaling environment.
- Excellent facilitation, communication and stakeholder skills.
- Able to run multiple enablement initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience with adult learning design, digital learning platforms, or blended programmes.
- CIPD / PMP / ATD or similar certifications.

We’re partnering with a high-growth, consumer-focused eCommerce retailer to hire a Senior eCommerce Trading Executive to play a key role in driving online trading performance.
This is not a pure digital acquisition role. It sits at the heart of digital trading, campaign delivery and cross-functional coordination ideal for someone commercially minded who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
The RoleYou will support the planning, execution and optimisation of digital campaigns across website and app. Campaigns range from large-scale trading moments and seasonal activity to brand-led promotional events.
Working closely with Digital Trading, Marketing, CRM, Creative and Product teams, you’ll ensure campaigns are delivered on time, to spec and aligned to commercial targets.
This role blends digital trading, campaign execution and stakeholder management, with a strong focus on performance and ROI.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver digital campaign plans across web and app, ensuring on-time and accurate execution
- Implement promotional mechanics (discounts, codes, landing pages, banners, T&Cs)
- Manage homepage and landing page updates to optimise conversion
- Coordinate with trading, marketing, email and social teams to align campaign activity
- Brief creative assets and manage delivery through studio teams
- Monitor live campaign performance and recommend optimisation opportunities
- Analyse KPIs including revenue, ROI, conversion rate and bounce rate
- Support A/B testing and UX improvements in partnership with Product & Tech
- Ensure supplier-funded activity is executed accurately and to brand guidelines
- Experience delivering digital campaigns within an eCommerce or retail environment
- Strong understanding of digital trading cycles and promotional mechanics
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, trading and creative teams
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Commercially minded with the ability to interpret performance data
- Experience using CMS/merchandising tools
- Exposure to analytics tools (e.g. GA)
- Consumer goods or retail background highly desirable
