Full Time Boutique Client Advisor - Luxury Womenswear
Our client is a beautiful Womenswear brand based on Mount Street. They are looking for an experienced Client Advisor to support and drive sales performance whilst delivering a consistently elevated client experience, and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of boutique. This will include general admin duties and processing on-line returns so ideal if you are tech savvy or have some basic experience with Ecom/shopify. Ideally you will have experience in a small boutique environment and comfortable engaging with senior business leaders regularly. The business is at an exciting stage and looking for someone proactive and keen to establish a long term career with the business.
General working hours will be Monday- Friday 9:30am - 6:30pm
A Saturday may be required on exception, for a private client appointments.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a personalised, high-standard client experience in line with luxury service expectations
- Drive sales through styling, product knowledge, and active client engagement
- Build and maintain a client book to support repeat business and retention
- Process transactions, returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately according to the brand’s return policy
- Maintain and update client records; support CRM and clienteling activity
- Receive, unpack, and organise stock deliveries
- Responsible for opening and closing the Boutique at times
- Support stock control, replenishment, cycle counts, and stock takes, liaise with the warehouse for stock requests
- Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies promptly
- Support e-commerce operations, including order preparation and returns as required
- Maintain shop floor and back-of-house standards, including visual presentation and cleanliness
- Support private appointments, VIP visits, and in-store events
- Liaise with Store Manager, Head Office, Press, and Wholesale teams on operational requests
- Ensure precision and consistency across all internal systems and trackers
Requirements
- 2-4 years’ experience in luxury or premium fashion retail preferably Women's premium/luxury
- Comfortable working in a small team environment
- Strong sales performance in a client-led environment
- Experience with Shopify some Ecom online merchandising would be a plus
- Experience processing on-line returns
- Strong administrations and advanced technological skills
- Existing client book preferred but this is not essential
- Experience working with high-value and repeat clientele
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Professional, polished, and commercially aware

Known for creating trend-led, beautifully crafted collections with an exceptional focus on fit and quality, our client is looking for a talented individual to join their growing product development team.
Working closely with the Design, Garment Technology and Fabric teams, you'll play a key role in the technical development of a diverse product range including woven and jersey dresses, separates, tailoring, outerwear, swimwear, nightwear and loungewear. You'll be responsible for creating accurate technical packs, CADs and specifications from the initial design handover through to first sample, ensuring each style is developed in line with the designer's vision and the brand's premium quality standards.
The successful candidate will have experience producing technical drawings in Adobe Illustrator, a strong understanding of garment construction, pattern cutting and fabric knowledge, and confidence communicating technical specifications with offshore factories through a PLM system. You'll also update technical packs following fittings, support range reviews, and work collaboratively across multiple departments to ensure garments are delivered accurately and on schedule.
We're looking for someone with 1–2 years' experience in a similar technical design or product development role, ideally across multiple product categories. About the role…
• The ideal candidate will have experience working within a luxury environment, creating samples, VIP garments and show collection pieces
• Work closely with the Pattern Cutters and Workroom Manager; using high finishing techniques and skills, to ensure the highest standards are met on all garments
• Participation in fittings for bespoke garments, including taking measurements and completing alterations, resolving any issues with the make-up of garments
• Ensure all finished garments are completed to the highest quality and within the time expectations
About you…
• Previous experience of at least 3 years of working as a machinist within the luxury industry.
• Perfect candidate will ideally have experience of working with a variety of
fabrics, from fluids to heavier materials such as wool and leather.
