As Engineering Manager, you will lead the day-to-day activities of a team of maintenance engineers, ensuring the reliability and availability of all production and site-critical equipment and be responsible for the smooth running of the Engineering Department. • Knowledge of Lock Out, Tag Out (LOTO) process and clearly understand why it is essential for safe maintenance.
• Fault-find electrical systems down to component level.
• Safely and accurately measure electrical resistance.
• Correctly wire a three-phase motor in both Star and Delta configurations.

• Mechanical fault finding and repair.
• Bearings, gearboxes, chains, belts, conveyors and drive systems.
• Pneumatics and hydraulics.
