DescriptionWe’re looking for a culturally aware Brand Partnerships Manager to lead collaborations, partnerships, and PR. This role is about more than partnerships - it’s about shaping cultural presence. You’ll drive awareness, and brand heat by connecting with the right talent, communities, and creative voices.
This is a hands‑on, proactive role. You won’t be waiting for inbound opportunities—you’ll be out in the world (and online), spotting what’s next and turning moments into both high‑impact collaborations and upcoming talent opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, develop, and secure strategic collaborations across fashion, music, and alternative subcultures
- Build and manage relationships with brands, partners, talent, stylists, agents, and key industry figures
- Identify and connect with culturally relevant talent aligned with the brand
- Lead VIP seeding, product placement, and custom looks for key moments (tours, performances, shoots, media / tv opportunities)
- Manage partnerships and projects end‑to‑end, from concept through to execution and reporting
- Own budgets and drive commercial outcomes across collaborations
- Act as the link between creative and product direction and commercial performance
- Ensure all activity aligns with brand calendar, values, tone, and long‑term vision
- Create outreach materials, including decks and partnership proposals
- Work closely with marketing and social teams on influencer and talent partnerships
- Write and distribute press releases to secure global coverage
- Concept and execute PR moments, events, and activations from idea through to delivery
- Source and manage external PR agencies where required
- Lead / support on event execution, including on‑site management
- Min 4+ years experience in brand partnerships, PR, or talent relations within fashion, music, or lifestyle
- Deep understanding of alternative culture, alt aesthetics, and emerging scenes
- Strong network across stylists, talent, and industry contacts
- Commercially aware with the ability to turn ideas into measurable impact
- Proactive, instinctive, and culturally sharp
- Confident communicator with strong relationship‑building skills
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple moving projects

As Design Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design process and execution of the brand’s design direction. Reporting to the Design Director, you will work alongside the buying, fabric, and technical team to drive creative innovation within the critical path timelines and commercial framework of the business. You will bring your design mentorship to the team and lead initiatives using sales performance and consumer data to drive decision making and will exercise a flexible working approach, with the ability to adapt to the operational needs of the team.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership: Inspire, motivate, and mentor designers across various product categories and disciplines fostering an environment of innovation and collaboration. Offer constructive feedback on product development and drive the creative direction through key outfits and print stories.
- Innovate: Promote innovation through fabric and trim sourcing, trend research, and market insights, with sustainability and our customers in mind. Lead creative initiatives using operational performance assessment, sales, and consumer data.
- Team Development: Drive skill growth and career progression within the Design team and oversee workflow, ensure effective KPIs, and act as the lead representative in cross-department communications.
- Resourcing: Plan, schedule and manage the team resource in alignment with key critical path dates.
- Systems: Lead our PLM systems for managing product development through each stage of the collection creation.
- Budgeting: Co-ordinate and oversee allocation of the budget in relation to inspiration research and freelance designers.
- You will have multi product design experience at design lead or management level.
- Exceptional people management, communication and presentation skills.
- A strong understanding of fabric and garment construction across multiple product types.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the product development process for short and long lead development and key critical path challenges.
- Experience working with international factories, mills, and print houses.
- Confident working knowledge of Adobe illustrator, Powerpoint and Excel.
- Familiar with the use of standardised PLM systems.
- A highly developed eye, with the ability to steer product design and well considered collections.
- Demonstrate a flexible working approach, diligence, and the ability to adapt to the operational needs of the team.
- An interest in or understanding of the cultural references and customer profile associated with the brand.
- Strong commercial understanding; with confidence with budgets, operational outputs, workflow and budget management.

The successful candidate will support the Director of IT in delivering and maintaining efficient and secure IT systems, and providing outstanding front-line IT support to staff.
The business predominantly uses the Microsoft 365 ecosystem for collaboration and endpoint management, alongside other relevant software such as Adobe Creative Cloud and industry-specific SaaS platforms. The majority of endpoints are Windows-based, with Macs used in some creative roles.
Key ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Director of IT, the IT Systems Manager will support the company in meeting its strategic objectives through the effective use of IT.
The successful candidate will:
- Provide day‑to‑day IT support to colleagues
- Take a proactive approach in improving existing IT processes and workflows
- Manage the company’s IT systems, including configuration, installation, maintenance and monitoring
- Advise the Director of IT on the security, performance and effectiveness of the company’s IT systems
- Enhance the company’s security posture, and where necessary assist the executive team in managing any security or compliance incidents
- Deploy new software and systems and undertake IT maintenance tasks as required
- Develop and implement staff training programmes/material
- Maintain IT policy documents

A minimum of 3 years in front‑line IT support roles (with a mixture of Windows and Mac ecosystems) is required. Applicants must be able to demonstrate the following essential skills:

- Strong knowledge of and extensive hands‑on experience managing, configuring and supporting a Microsoft 365 SaaS environment, including Entra, Exchange Online, Intune and other related products/technologies
