**Job title** - Contractor Co-ordinator (Permitted Works & Life Saving Rule Control)

(Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday)
Additional Hours: Weekend or out-of-hours work by prior arrangement
The Contractor Co-ordinator is responsible for the safe planning, authorization, coordination and monitoring of contractor activities undertaken under Permit to Work (PTW) arrangements.
The role ensures permitted works are carried out in line with site standards, statutory requirements and Life Saving Rules, protecting people, plant, product and the environment while minimizing disruption to site operations and GMP activities.
The site operates as a Safe Start site, and the Contractor Co-ordinator is responsible for actively promoting Safe Start principles with contractors, ensuring work is only started when risks are fully understood, controls are in place and permit conditions are clearly confirmed.
The Contractor Co-ordinator is a formally appointed Permit Authority and is accountable for the effective governance and application of the Permit to Work system in accordance with site procedures and delegated authority.
**Life Saving Rule Accountability**
The Contractor Co-ordinator is a duty holder for the enforcement of site Life Saving Rules in relation to contractor activities. The role has the authority to stop work, suspend permits or restrict access where Life Saving Rules or their required controls are not in place, are ineffective, or are not being followed.

**Your key responsibilities:**
**Permit to Work & Risk Control**
**-** Manage the Permit to Work system ensuring permits are correctly scoped, authorized, briefed, suspended and closed.
- Review RAMS to ensure they reflect task scope, hazards and site conditions.
- Ensure energy isolations are identified, applied, verified and maintained.
- Develop standard procedures for routine maintenance tasks to reduce unnecessary permits while maintaining risk control.
- Challenge unsafe acts and exercise stop-work authority where required.
- Escalate unresolved safety concerns to site leadership.
**Life Saving Rule Enforcement**
- Ensure confined space, work at height, lifting, hot work and hazardous substance controls are in place.
- Prevent bypassing or overriding of safety systems.
- Confirm emergency arrangements prior to high-risk work.
**Contractor Safety Management**
- Deliver site inductions and Safe Start expectations.
- Verify contractor competence for high-risk tasks.
- Conduct inspections, audits and incident investigations.
- Maintain accurate safety and permit records and review trends.
**Work Coordination & Site Interfaces**
- Coordinate contractor activities with operations and GMP requirements.
- Manage simultaneous works and site interfaces.
- Control contractor movements and housekeeping.
- Support shutdowns and high-risk work periods.
**GMP & Compliance**
- Verify completed work against permit scope and GMP standards.
- Ensure permits are closed and isolations reinstated.
- Review standard procedures periodically to ensure ongoing suitability.

As our Account Manager Ireland, you'll join a global leader with a strong portfolio spanning Vitamins, Performance Solutions, and unique Precision Services. Covering the Irish market, you'll be responsible for managing and expanding an established customer base while working closely with expert species nutrition teams. **Your key responsibilities**
+ Lead the Animal Nutrition & Health sales activities for a defined customer portfolio, ensuring strong engagement and consistent value delivery
+ Define and execute sales targets across Essential Products, Performance Solutions, and Precision Services to drive sustainable business growth
+ Develop and implement individual customer plans across all business lines
+ Maintain CRM excellence and apply sales best practices
+ Build and maintain high‑level customer relationships while managing key commercial elements such as contracts, credit limits, and payment terms
+ Collaborate closely with Performance Solutions Sales Managers and Technical Experts
+ Travel around 80 days per year within Ireland including periods away from home will be expected

**You bring**
+ 5+ years' experience in nutrition or account management, backed by formal studies in Animal Nutrition & Health or related subject.
+ Strong scientific grounding with the ability to understand and translate complex nutritional & health concepts while working alongside academically driven colleagues.
+ Excellent communicator with a proactive, organised, and flexible working style.
+ Curious, growth‑minded, and committed to developing long‑term expertise in the animal nutrition and health sector.
+ Creative and enthusiastic team player with a strong work ethic and people‑centric approach.
+ Proven ability to deliver high‑quality written communication and engage confidently with diverse stakeholders.

**Senior Fragrance Development Manager,** **Surface Care**
**Location** : London, UK - Southall, Middlesex
Join us as a Senior Fragrance Development Manager in Surface Care, where you'll lead the full fragrance innovation cycle, turning consumer insights into inspiring scents. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, shape olfactive strategies, and create products that delight customers while driving sustainable impact.
**Your key responsibilities**
- Leading the full fragrance development cycle for all assigned accounts - managing all aspects of the fragrance development project from brief to adoption
- Collaborate with Perfumers, Technical Development Teams, Marketing, Consumer Insights and Commercial teams to deliver beneficial solutions for our clients
- Deliver winning fragrance themes that answer our customers' expectations aligned with consumer needs based on data analysis where available
- Maintain a vast and up to date awareness of scented products across assigned categories, to identify olfactive trends and opportunities that can be turned into concrete customer solutions
- Be the Development Partner with Sales. Co-creating fragrance strategies, sound boarding ideas and nurturing client relationships
- Build sound olfactive strategies based on consumer insights
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective consumer insight plans to further enhance knowledge building

**You bring**
- Education - University degree is a must
- Your experience - you will have five or more consecutive years within fragrance development with experience in Home and/or Surface cleaning fragrances preferable
