As a Chef Apprentice with Eden Hotel Collection, you will be immersed in a vibrant learning environment within our collection of luxury hotels.

Our 5 privately‑owned luxury hotels are located across the Midlands (Mallory Court Hotel & Spa, The Greenway Hotel & Spa, The Arden Hotel and Brockencote Hall Hotel) and Bovey Castle (Dartmoor National Park, Devon).

Our Academy will provide the opportunity for you to work with us on a full‑time basis and to ‘earn while you learn’, setting you up with the very best skills, qualifications and experience to begin your career in the industry. We have partnered with HIT Training to create a Chef Academy, where you will attend 1‑2 days of training per month either at a HIT Chef Academy site, with accommodation and travel costs covered or as a virtual session.

Back in your hotel, with the support of your Exec Chef you will learn on‑the‑job from exceptional chefs within a highly skilled kitchen brigade (we hold 2‑3 rosettes in each of our Brasseries/Restaurants), whilst working with premium seasonal produce and high‑quality equipment/tools.

We want to hear from aspiring Chefs who love the idea of creating amazing food from the best ingredients, have high standards and bags of flair and creativity along with:

You’ll work in a busy and hardworking team environment, where we’ll expect you to be hungry to learn more. You will be working a minimum of 40 hours per week, across 5 days (inclusive of training days). Our hotels are busiest on Friday - Sunday, and so you should be prepared to work regular weekends.

Our Chef apprenticeships last 1‑2 years, giving you the opportunity to learn hands‑on in our kitchens led by our talented Executive Chefs.

Eden Hotel Collection in Royal Leamington Spa is seeking a Chef De Partie to manage a section, prepare, cook and present Rosette standard dishes under the Head Chef. You’ll bring passion, creativity and lead by example in the brigade.

Eden Hotel Collection in the United Kingdom seeks a Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee all elements of our multi‑outlet operation, from fine dining to bar and lounge services. You’ll work with the Exec Chef and senior team to craft the delivery behind food concepts and ensure guests receive intuitive, memorable service.

You’ll lead a 30+ strong team in a fast paced, volume‑led environment, set high standards, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining smooth

As Food & Beverage supervisor, you will work alongside the Restaurant and Bar teams overseeing all elements of our multi‑outlet operation from fine dining to bar, lounge, afternoon tea service and our Smith's Brasserie. You will work alongside our Exec Chef and senior team to craft and design the operational delivery behind food concepts – leading by example to deliver intuitive and memorable service to all our guests. You will inspire the team with clarity and confidence, ensuring the department is prepared and organised whilst also assisting the Managers with ensuring all guests are happy and receiving the best possible service.

• To be professional, knowledgeable and dedicated to delivering first class experiences to guests; high standards will be second nature to you.
• Comfortable working within a volume led environment, as well as more intimate fine dining settings.
• Experience at Restaurant Manager/supervisor level within a variety of environments, bringing broad experience to the role.
• The ability to lead a team of between 30+ team members, demonstrating strong leadership skills; with proven experience of team retention.
• Excellent communication skills, and level of English – both written and spoken; with the confidence to build relationships with the wider hotel team and guests.
• To enjoy working in a fast paced environment with a ‘can do’ attitude & to love the buzz of being busy.
• Experience working within an environment within the consortia's of Pride of Britain, Relais & Chateaux or Small Luxury Hotels of the World would be ideal.
