Position Summary
The Manager, International Business Development plays a pivotal role in advancing Energizer's International growth strategy - with a strong (but not exclusive) focus on Auto Care. Operating within the International Trade & Business Development (ITD) team and covering all International markets, this role is both strategic and entrepreneurial in nature.
The individual will identify and evaluate growth opportunities, commercial partnerships, and acquisition prospects. The role also covers key initiatives aimed at simplifying the Auto Care business model, including route-to-market strategies.
The ideal candidate will act as a project manager, linking cross-functional teams, to drive solutions. He/she will work closely with the broader ITD team as well as with key stakeholders in Regulatory, Global Category, Marketing, Supply Chain and Commercial teams, ensuring identified opportunities are grounded in robust insights.
The position influences across all international markets and all product categories. This role requires a self-starter attitude with strong strategic and analytical skills, and an ability to operate across functions and levels. The position requires comfort in navigating complexity, driving initiatives forward in matrix environments, and mobilizing resources to deliver business impact.
Responsibilities
**Auto Care Strategic Planning & Growth Opportunities**
+ **Support the development of the Strategic Plan for International Auto Care** , coordinating inputs across commercial, finance, and marketing to align on growth priorities and objectives.
+ **Support Auto Growth plans for key markets.** Contribute to the growth of the 7 Lead Auto Care markets by generating ideas, identifying barriers to growth, and proactively driving cross-functional solutions.
+ **Lead initiatives to simplify the International Auto Care business,** including portfolio rationalisation, route-to-market (RTM) changes, and overall ways of working to drive efficiency and focus.
+ **Assess new growth opportunities,** including market entry, exit, and category expansion, ensuring decisions are insight-driven and focused on sustainable, profitable growth.
+ Lead or participate in key Auto Care projects.
**(Potential) Acquisition Assessment and Integration Support**
+ **Drive proactive acquisition assessments** , identifying and evaluating potential acquisition targets that support strategic expansion; prepare business cases and recommendations for senior leadership.
+ **Support the integration of newly acquired businesses** , ensuring a smooth transition into Energizer.
What we are looking for
Required Skills and Experience
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
+ Strategic thinking and strong communication skills.
+ Proactive mindset with a proven track record of driving results.
+ Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage multiple priorities effectively.
+ Ability to negotiate, influence and build credibility internally and externally (without direct authority); confident in working with all levels of the organization.
+ Comfortable operating independently and navigating unstructured situations.
+ Strong analytical experience with a passion for solving complex problems.
+ Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and advanced Excel.
+ Strong command of English; additional language(s) a plus.
+ Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 15%).
+ Experience in a diverse, international environment preferred.
+ 5+ years of successful track record of working in Product Management, Category Management, Sales, Project Management or Supply Chain Management.

Position Summary

Position Summary
This 12-month internship role (starting in July 2026) will be supporting the Commercial team in the High Wycombe office with the day to day activities of account management. The role provides an opportunity for the eligible individual to gain relevant experience within the corporate work environment, whilst being involved in an extensive range of activities in the commercial world to prepare to enter any fast-paced workplace. + Working on internal projects such as culture improvement & charity fundraising.
+ Schedule and facilitate meetings and participate in other department team meetings.
+ Coordinating plans with cross functional teams- retailer updates from the category team, artwork and imagery from the marketing team, forecasting stock with the supply team.
May perform other tasks as assigned
What we are looking for
+ Successful completion of second year undergraduate studies at a college or university, in Business Management or related fields.

Position Summary
The Marketing Executive, Global Marketing Operations - Autocare is responsible for operationalizing the global marketing packaging cycle plan initiatives within the assigned markets. This role reports to the Associate Manager, Global Marketing Operations.
Responsibilities
+ Execute EMEA and APAC packaging projects, including project management, material setup (Master Data Governance), artwork approvals and partner with process team to oversee image library assets and active catalog data management.
+ Serve as a key link between the Global Category, Global Marketing Activation, Trade & Pricing Strategy, Commercial, Procurement, PCOE and other Value Stream partners.
+ Obtains local translations and legal clearance as necessary to comply with local legislation requirements.
+ Align cross-functional partners on collective deliverables required to deliver on annual NPD and custom SKU cycle plan goals across assigned markets through recurring project meetings and on-going communications.
+ Develop and maintain cross-functional relationships that foster commitment, teamwork, and excellence in execution to deliver business results.
+ Support day to day budget administrative tasks - i.e. creating purchase orders, reviewing invoices, monthly reconciliation, etc.
+ Demonstrate basic understanding of marketing fundamentals, packaging, and data analytics.
+ Assist with the SKU optimization process by conducting analysis and providing recommendations.
+ May also perform additional duties as assigned.
