THE ROLE- This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in delivering high-quality legal services while also contributing to wider operational and business development activities.
- You will be responsible for managing a caseload of both litigated and pre‑litigated clinical negligence claims.
- Conduct detailed investigations to repudiate and/or resolve claims.
- Liaise with claimants, solicitors, clients, counsel, and expert witnesses.
- Obtain documentation and instruct experts as required.
- Support and lead client‑facing and business development initiatives.
- Supervise more junior members of the team.
- Applications are sought from Clinical Negligence Solicitors with a minimum of 5 Years PQE.
