As a Senior Consultant within the company's leading and award winning SuccessFactors Practice, you will have the responsibility of working across complex, large-scale SuccessFactors implementations for a range of high-profile clients. You will have experience of leading functional teams on large Global projects and managing business process design and transformation. • Implement innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions with expertise and certifications in one or more SuccessFactors module(s)
• Lead high performing teams that can work flexibly, incorporating both on and offshore delivery models
• Guide clients on SAP best practise and innovations, whilst being up to date with the SuccessFactors roadmap and having an awareness of other HR technologies
• Ensure quality delivery of our Technology solutions
