Fawkes & Reece London is seeking a Banksman/Traffic Marshal for a new build housing site in Pontefract starting on June 26, 2026. The ideal candidate will guide vehicles and manage site requirements.

Applicants must have a valid CSCS card, a Banksman/Traffic Marshall ticket, and previous experience in a similar role. Two work references are also required if the applicant has not previously worked with Fawkes & Reece.

Fawkes & Reece London currently has a Telehandler role in the Blean area for a Temporary (Full time) position. The candidate must hold a CPCS blue card or NPORS CSCS and have at least 3 years of Telehandler experience on-site.

Responsibilities include quick material movement, loading/unloading, pallet handling, load security checks, equipment maintenance, and serving as the on-site contact in a standalone role. Immediate start with ongoing work and competitive hourly pay.

• Obtain copies of production schedule daily and transport materials to and from designated areas on site.
• Loading and unloading goods from vehicles such as trucks.
• Moving goods packed on pallets or in crates.
• Checking loads are secure.

Architectural Technician

A regional house builder have a requirement for an Architectural Technician to join their regional office in Lancashire.

You will support the Design team with the execution of housing developments across the region providing accurate architectural and technical information.

• Amend / update AutoCAD and REVIT house type working drawings and all associated drawings, details and documents.
• Produce AutoCAD and REVIT house type working drawings and all associated drawings, details and documents.
• Checking external Consultants' and Designers' drawings, documents and reports.
• Liaison and collaboration with members of all other Departments within the Company.
• Preparation and collation of Building Regulations / NHBC / Premier Guarantee / ICW Applications.
• Clearance of Building Regulations and Warranty Provider conditions.
• Preparation and collation of Planning Applications, including applications for discharge of details reserved by planning conditions, NMA and s73 applications.
• Amend AutoCAD Planning Layouts and all associated drawings.
• Appointment of and liaison with external Consultants.

The role requires a degree/HNC/HND in Construction/Architectural Technology or equivalent, with experience in Revit and AutoCAD, and a focus on accuracy and detail.

We're back on the market, looking for a Senior Site Manager to work for a Tier 1 main contractor on a government scheme in Suffolk which runs until Autumn 2027.

About

Them Senior Site Manager will be responsible for delivering the internal fit out of a block consisting of 250 rooms.

You will be responsible for a team of Site Managers who will help you achieve the PC.

Upstream there will be a Project Manager who you will reporting progress to on a weekly basis.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day to day site operations
• Drive the programme and sub-contraction coordination
