This is a mobile role carrying out a variety of reactive and planned repair works to occupied and void properties. A company van and fuel card will be supplied.

• Brickwork repairs and repointing
• Slab laying, paving and fencing repairs
• Concrete and drainage repairs
• Groundworks including excavation and reinstatement
• Carrying out general multi-trade repair works where required

Contracts are typically responsive repairs, planned maintenance, retrofit and fire safety projects. Within this role you will be managing a diverse portfolio with a value of £50m per annum.

Projects that are being delivered will be a mixture of internal and external plan maintenance projects on a 10 year contract to street properties in the area . They are being delivered to tower blocks and scattered properties in Mitcham and the surrounding areas.
