Responsibilities- Working closely with architects in all aspects of the design and development of solutions.

About the RoleThe Stores Assistant will be responsible for delivering all warehousing operations in support of the Staverton Maintenance Repair Organisation (MRO) and the wider Gama contracts. Reporting to the Head of MRO Logistics and Warehousing, the role supports the control of engineering parts through the supply chain, including receiving, distributing, storage, core management and vendor‑owned core returns for the facility and associated supported bases.
Responsibilities- Prioritise part receipt and selection to meet engineering needs.
- Correctly store and distribute all components.
- Ensure auditable and quality processes are met.
- Administer all warehouse tasks, including shelf life management, stock rotation, calibration and goods‑in.
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly checks in accordance with procedures.
- Maintain a clean, tidy and efficient warehouse environment.
- Process all goods‑in in accordance with aircraft regulations.
- Process Dangerous Goods (DG) in compliance with regulations.
- Administer core returns from maintenance accurately and promptly.
- Process rotables to appropriate vendors, avoiding penalty clauses.
- Meet contractual KPIs for receiving and delivery of spares.
- Provide timely updates to the MRO Engineering Hub.
- Give accurate updates to engineering regarding stock movement.
- Experience within an aviation stores or warehouse environment is essential.
- A sound understanding of good warehousing practices.
