Our Software Engineers are exposed to cutting edge development and the latest cloud technologies. As a full stack developer, you will be using the latest C# .NET Core for API development alongside Angular on the front-end. You will be exposed to the latest Azure technologies like AKS, Cosmo DB, Azure SQL, functions, and service bus.

Our team are highly collaborative, using modern tools and techniques in Agile engineering. Our Software Engineers main role is to design, develop and test features to a high quality. Our offerings are all cloud based using containerization on AKS with complimentary mobile applications on iOS created in Swift. We integrate with many external aviation data platforms, and we see data as an extremely important part of our business.

With a focus on continuous integration/delivery in Azure DevOps, the team continually strives to achieve frequent deliveries that keeps pace with the product roadmap.

The role demands proficiency in safe flight operations, with responsibilities that include compliance with operational standards and engaging in risk management practices. • Provide safe, compliant and efficient flight operations in support of HEMS operations
• Conduct company duties with diligence and professionalism, and operate in accordance with the company operations manuals and other regulatory requirements
• Be responsible for actively engaging with the company safety reporting scheme, taking a proactive stance on risk management, and reporting any events which may contribute towards continual improvement in safety

• Current UK CAA Part‑FCL ATPL (H) or CPL(H) with ATPL(H) theoretical exams, plus current UK CAA IR(H) plus current UK CAA Class 1 Medical
• Current Qualified Military Pilot (Helicopters) with Unrestricted Green Instrument Rating (Helicopters)
• Validity period current ATPL(H) theoretical exams plus current UK CAA Class 1 Medical (for candidates who do not hold these, Gama will fully fund and coordinate the pathway to achieve them)

• Minimum 1000 hours as PIC of aircraft, of which 500 hours is as PIC on helicopters; OR
• Minimum 1000 hours as co‑pilot in HEMS operations of which 500 hours are as PICUS and 100 hours as PIC of helicopters
• Minimum 500 hours operating experience in helicopters, gained in an operational environment similar to the intended operation
• Minimum 20 hours of VMC at night as PIC

Gama Aviation is seeking a Stores Assistant at Staverton to manage warehousing operations in support of the rotary engineering team, including receiving, storage, stock rotation and goods‑in processes. You will report to the Head of MRO Logistics and Warehousing.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with occasional weekend cover during annual leave or sickness; a background in aviation stores and DG handling is preferred, with driving or forklift licences advantageous.

The Stores Assistant will be responsible for delivering all warehousing operations in support of the Staverton Maintenance Repair Organisation (MRO) and the wider Gama contracts. Reporting to the Head of MRO Logistics and Warehousing, the role supports the control of engineering parts through the supply chain, including receiving, distributing, storage, core management and vendor‑owned core returns for the facility and associated supported bases.

• Prioritise part receipt and selection to meet engineering needs.
• Correctly store and distribute all components.
• Ensure auditable and quality processes are met.
• Administer all warehouse tasks, including shelf life management, stock rotation, calibration and goods‑in.
• Perform daily, weekly and monthly checks in accordance with procedures.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and efficient warehouse environment.
• Process all goods‑in in accordance with aircraft regulations.
• Process Dangerous Goods (DG) in compliance with regulations.
• Administer core returns from maintenance accurately and promptly.
