The RoleTo support the development of Student Recruitment, assists events by offering support, encouragement, and advice to prospective students. It mainly involves assisting applicants for student finance applications, and referral reward. The job involves student recruitment, administrative tasks, delivering presentations and organising student events. It includes liaising with Finance department for relevant student finance updates, and respective recruitment teams for pipeline management.

What The Role Involves- Ensure all students recruited by GBS receive full support through their finance application process (during their recruitment process)
- Assist students in all steps of the applications process right through from initial contact, until their student finance approval and university enrolment.
- Coordinate with the student recruitment team/department to resolve student queries related to student finance.
- Assist student referees in receiving their student referral reward, ensuring that all rewards are distributed promptly to ensure that it is made within the outlined timeframe.
- To assist any student who has any issues regarding the referral reward, and to liaise with the invoices team, and SF team to ensure that all rewards are paid on time.
- Support the wider marketing, communications, and student recruitment team, identifying opportunities for performance improvements. Occasional work may be required at evenings or weekends, for example during operational peaks.
- A high degree of computer literacy (particularly all aspects of Microsoft Office)
- Background in Student Finance is desirable but not essential.
- Dynamic, enthusiastic, self-motivated and disciplined individual with good communication, listening and organizational skills and an aptitude for excellent customer service
- Effective time management and planning.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Task prioritisation: Determining the importance of tasks and allocating time accordingly.
- Planning and execution: Developing strategies, setting goals, and following through on plans.
- Attention to detail: Ensuring accuracy and precision in work.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel to attend recruitment events as required.

The RoleThe purpose of this role is the management of student misconduct and student complaint cases across our campuses and partnerships, ensuring a consistent, timely and fair response to both student misconduct and student complaints. The post holder is responsible for providing equity in assessment, investigation and imposition of sanctions across the different partnerships of breaches of the GBS Student Code of Conduct and GBS Student Complaints procedure and other student facing policies. This role is central in promoting and upholding the shared values and ideals of the GBS community.

What The Role Involves- To lead investigations into alleged breaches of student discipline and/or violations of relevant policies, ensuring that all cases comply fully with all relevant policies and procedures.
- To manage the caseload of these investigations, including interviewing students and witnesses, taking statements, securing and gathering evidence and having the ability to deal with a wide range of code of conduct issues.
- To liaise with Police on the outcome of investigations which have been handed to them for investigation.
- To produce factual case reports and make recommendations following an investigation, highlighting evidence and presenting options for action supported by arguments for and against each option.
- To regularly report, briefly each month and in more detail once a year, on activity including number of cases, type of case and outcomes. These reports should attempt to identify any systemic issues and propose preventative actions.
- To undertake any other work as prescribed by relevant senior colleagues in relation to the development and fulfilment of specific projects as required.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Ability to work with a wide variety of stakeholders in a large and fast‑paced institution.
- Accurate and timely record keeping and project management skills.
- Experience of proactively and positively addressing complex student issues, including student welfare concerns.
- Experience of working collaboratively and towards successful outcomes with professional service colleagues – for example lecturers, support staff, student success tutors and Academic Standards and Quality office.
- Experience in handling high‑level, sensitive, and confidential matters and information.
- A working knowledge of employment legislation that relates to discrimination, sexual harassment and other relevant areas.

Role PurposeAs a Senior Analyst you will report to the Data and Business Intelligence Manager. The Data and Information team is responsible for centralised reporting at Global Banking School. The team supports internal and external reporting, providing data and analytics to senior management to aid business decision making. It also supports business operations in daily tasks and KPI reporting. As Senior Data & Insight Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering high quality data and insights that support the performance and objectives of GBS. You will provide timely and accurate reports to the business ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Role and Responsibilities- Play a significant role in the data team in managing new data projects from end‑to‑end, representing the data team in gathering requirements through to developing and implementing new reports.
- Engage with stakeholders to validate their requirements, review policies/procedures and present solution options.
- Challenge the "Status Quo" continually seeking more efficient ways to drive meaningful actions and improvements.
- Extract, prepare and collate raw data from multiple internal and external sources and analyse, interpret and edit data to produce customised reports.
- Manage and develop the delivery of interactive products including interactive dashboards, analytical tools, as well as statistical analysis and insight.
- Lead the team to design and implement surveys across the organisation and complete the analysis of survey outcomes.
- Responsible for monitoring data quality, data integrity and data governance.
- Develop reports for internal and external audiences using appropriate reporting tools, including Excel and Power BI.
- Work with and support colleagues across the organisation, building new & improving the existing data dashboards, graphs and visualisations.
- Maintain a good understanding of relevant policy and legislation in relation to information governance, security, and compliance.

- Profound understanding of relational database architecture and querying methodologies.
- Experience of handling and amalgamating diverse data‑sets from various sources.
