- £46,000 basic salary per annum
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Fire & Security Service Engineer to join a well‑established, NACOSS Gold and BAFE Fire Gold Accredited company. Working within our Service Department, you'll cover London and locations inside the M25, servicing a wide range of commercial fire and security systems.
Senior Fire & Security Service Engineer The RoleAs a Senior Fire & Security Service Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Servicing, fault‑finding, repairing, maintaining and upgrading a wide range of fire and security systems
- Working on CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarms, Fire Alarms, Emergency Lighting, IP‑based systems and more
- Carrying out small remedial works as required
- Working to British Standards and FIA regulations
- Covering customer sites across London and inside the M25
- Participating in the on‑call rota (approximately 1 week in every 6)
- Occasionally carrying out gate and door automation work (full training provided if required)
We're looking for someone who has:
- Proven experience servicing and maintaining fire and security systems
- Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills
- A solid understanding of IP‑based systems (essential)
- Excellent knowledge of current British Standards and industry regulations
- A full UK driving licence or equivalent
- A professional approach with excellent customer service skills

- Proficient in terminating Cat5/6 cables and AV system integration
- Skilled in AV rack building, cabling, and system labelling
- Confident in fault‑finding and resolving technical issues independently
- Good understanding of construction site practices and procedures
