We're looking for four experienced Design Specialists with a strong Learning & Development (L&D) background to join a major organisational change programme within the public sector.
This is an excellent opportunity for learning professionals who are passionate about designing engaging, user-centred learning experiences that support large-scale organisational transformation. If you have experience creating blended learning solutions and working closely with stakeholders to deliver impactful learning products, we'd love to hear from you.
Please note: This is not a communications, marketing or general content writing role. We are specifically seeking candidates with experience in Learning Design, Instructional Design or Learning Content Design .
What you'll be doing
- Lead the end-to-end design and development of blended learning products.
- Design engaging, learner-centred content that supports organisational change initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts to gather requirements and develop effective learning solutions.
- Translate complex information into accessible, engaging learning experiences.
- Use evidence, learner feedback and research to continuously improve learning products.
- Ensure all learning content meets accessibility standards and governance requirements.
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality learning solutions.
What we're looking for
- Extensive experience in Learning & Development , Learning Design or Instructional Design.

The Role
As a Casework Team Leader, you will lead a team responsible for delivering high-quality casework while ensuring decisions are made consistently, fairly and in line with Government policy.

Key Responsibilities
