My client, based in the Dungannon area, is seeking aSales Order Administrator to join their busy team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality administrative support.


Working within a small team, you will be responsible for preparing customer quotations, processing orders, liaising with suppliers and internal departments, and ensuring all information is accurately entered onto the company's ERP system. This role requires someone who can manage multiple priorities, work to deadlines, and provide excellent customer service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process customer quotations in line with contract requirements and KPIs.
  • Manage quote and order requests received through shared inboxes.
  • Respond to customer enquiries relating to quotations and orders.
  • Process customer sales orders and supplier purchase orders.
  • Match orders to quotations and ensure pricing accuracy.
  • Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and third parties to ensure orders are completed correctly.
  • Monitor outstanding quotations and follow up where required.
  • Order stock and maintain accurate system records.
  • Complete associated administration, documentation, and reporting to support downstream departments.


Essential Criteria

  • Previous experience in an administration, order processing, sales support, or customer service role.
  • Excellent attention to detail with accurate data entry skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent), including Maths and English.
  • Comfortable working with pricing structures and numerical data.


Desirable

  • Experience liaising with suppliers, customers, and internal departments.
  • Experience using ERP systems or order processing software.
  • Knowledge of PUKM software would be advantageous.

Customer Quality Manager in Dungannon

Overview

Our busy Manufacturing client in the Dungannon area requires a Customer Quality Manager to join their Quality Team. As the Customer Quality Manager, you will take a leading role in ensuring that effective quality processes, plans and reporting are in place to make sure that the quality standard of the company’s products continues to meet world class quality standards. This role will require the Customer Quality Manager to work closely with the department’s Quality Manager in resolving repeat customer replacements.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain and continuously improve highly effective procedures for complaint processing and investigation. This includes handling customer complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Liaise with Customer Services Team in resolving customer quality related issues and provide point of escalation for the Customer Services Team where required.
  • Attend regular meetings with Customers and act as company’s quality representative.
  • Monitor customer feedback, respond and act where necessary - identify trends and proactively and trend the status of Customer Replacement and associated Quality Metrics.
  • Liaise with Quality Manager and production departments to provide solutions and drive closure of Replacement NCRs and ultimately reduce recurring issues and close out times.
  • Ensure Quality Metric data is accurate and always reflects actuals.
  • Conduct a Root Cause Analysis and assign area responsibility for implementation of Corrective Action for Customer Complaints and Customer Replacements.
  • Support the Quality Team in relation to the implementation Quality Standards across all products.
  • Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time.
Skills Required
  • Strong technical knowledge which can be applied to a Manufacturing Environment
  • Ability to build strong Customer relationships and be a team player.
  • Self-Motivated individual and able to multi-task and prioritise own work.
  • A can do, find a way, attitude.
  • Experience of delivering high quality work to deadline
  • Creativity, diplomacy, self-motivation and self confidence
  • Must display initiative and integrity.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; specifically the use of Microsoft Excel to filter, identify, analyse and interpret trends or patterns in data

Knowledge, Experience & Skills Required

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar Health & Safety role within a construction environment
  • Experience with ISO auditing and accreditation processes
  • Full, clean driving licence
  • Strong communication skills with solid construction industry knowledge
