With increasing demand for its innovative treatments, the company requires a dynamic sales professional to drive new business, manage key accounts, support clinics, and expand its presence in the market.
The successful candidate will build strong relationships with top customers and key opinion leaders, ensuring revenue growth and patient satisfaction across partner clinics.
You can be based in any location between Milton Keynes and Staffordshire.
Responsibilities:- Identify and secure new business opportunities, meeting sales targets through proactive lead generation.
- Maintain close collaboration with partner clinics, providing ongoing support and ensuring visibility.
- Deliver clinical and commercial training to enhance clinic performance and treatment adoption.
- Advise on marketing strategies that drive patient demand and business growth.
- Ensure a seamless patient journey by working with clinics to optimise customer experience.
- Develop and present business-focused sales strategies to high-potential clinics.
- Manage schedules and CRM systems effectively to drive consistent sales performance.
- Minimum of five years’ experience in medical sales, ideally within aesthetics or a closely related sector.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets while maintaining high brand standards.
- Strong coaching and training skills, with experience delivering sessions to individuals and small groups.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies that generate leads and patient interest.
- Full UK driving licence required.

This role involves working on equipment across recycling, manufacturing and secure processing environments, where equipment uptime directly impacts production and operational continuity.
You will operate within a technically strong, collaborative team that shares knowledge and supports one another, while still taking full ownership of the quality and outcomes of your work.
You can be located anywhere within the Midlands.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and take ownership through to resolution
- Carry out planned servicing, inspections and repairs to maintain equipment performance
- Install and commission new machines on customer sites to required standards
- Respond to breakdowns where equipment failure is impacting production or operations
- Work directly with site teams to resolve issues and maintain operational continuity
- Prepare machines and components for installation, refurbishment or dispatch
- Support workshop based rebuild and repair activity within the service centre
- Contribute to the setup and organisation of a growing regional engineering function
- Strong mechanical fault finding with working electrical knowledge
- Able to diagnose issues under pressure and follow problems through to completion
- Capable of working independently and managing your own workload
- Clear communication with site teams and customers during fault resolution
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region
- Salary £37,000
- Overtime paid at 1.5x hourly rate
- 29 days annual leave
