This role will be working for a prestigious private bank within their creative team who look after the creation, and production of the banks marketing material and presentations. A leading global law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Document Production Specialis t to join its dedicated night shift team on a fully remote basis. The role

As part of the firm's dedicated Document Production team, you'll produce and amend a wide variety of legal documents to the highest standard, ensuring accuracy, consistency and fast turnaround times in a busy, professional environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Producing, formatting and amending legal documents using firm templates
• Processing document conversions and working extensively with PDFs
• Completing digital dictation, document repairs and complex formatting
• Creating organisation charts and PowerPoint presentations
• Managing documents through the firm's cloud-based document management system
• Carrying out thorough quality checks before returning completed work to fee earners
• Delivering an efficient, responsive and high-quality service while working to tight deadlines

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Legal Document Production Specialist within a law firm
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Microsoft Word
• Experience using Adobe Acrobat and Visio
• Outstanding document formatting skills with exceptional attention to detail
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently while contributing to a wider team
