Temp to Perm

Hybrid working (3 days from home, 2 in the London office)

Hours: 2pm – 10pm

A brand-new position has just become available with our client, a leading global private investment bank based in beautiful offices in the West End. This role will be working for a prestigious private bank within their creative team who look after the creation, and production of the banks marketing material and presentations. This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly, lively and progressive team, and be part of the development and growth of the bank’s creative direction

This new position will be working on a full-time basis working the hours of 2pm – 10pm. The role will be working from home 3 days a week, and from the London office 2 days a week. The basic salary will be £60,000 - £65,000 per annum, and you will be employed on a temporary rolling contract starting as soon as you are availabl

This position would be working collaboratively in a team producing high end presentations, corporate literature, invites, pitches, proposals, newsletters, corporate brochures, and other marketing materials. You will be part of a thriving team which develop and create high impact Presentations, and designs for its clien

The role

As part of the firm's dedicated Document Production team, you'll produce and amend a wide variety of legal documents to the highest standard, ensuring accuracy, consistency and fast turnaround times in a busy, professional environment.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Producing, formatting and amending legal documents using firm templates
  • Processing document conversions and working extensively with PDFs
  • Completing digital dictation, document repairs and complex formatting
  • Creating organisation charts and PowerPoint presentations
  • Managing documents through the firm's cloud-based document management system
  • Carrying out thorough quality checks before returning completed work to fee earners
  • Delivering an efficient, responsive and high-quality service while working to tight deadlines


What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as a Legal Document Production Specialist within a law firm
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Microsoft Word
  • Experience using Adobe Acrobat and Visio
  • Outstanding document formatting skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently while contributing to a wider team
