The Role:This is not a traditional FP&A role.
You’ll join a small, high-impact and global team at the centre of decision-making, partnering directly with one of our largest pillars (business unit). You’ll go beyond reporting to uncover what’s really driving performance, influence strategy, and help shape where we focus for growth.
Working closely with the Senior FP&A Manager and senior stakeholders across product, commercial, marketing and data, you’ll play a key role in turning insight into action in a fast-paced, data-rich environment.

Your Impact:- Act as a trusted commercial partner to senior stakeholders, using insight to influence decisions and drive performance across the pillar.
- Forecasting and budgeting across the marketing funnel, commercial performance, and capital allocation.
- Supporting monthly performance review calls alongside the Senior FP&A Manager, preparing data reports and distilling insights to drive performance across the Pillar.
- Support the delivery of the annual planning process, including regular forecasting activities.
- Help produce and continually improve financial reporting and insight, including intra-month reports and month-end reporting.
- Combine financial and non-financial data to uncover performance drivers and opportunities for growth.
- Partner cross-functionally with product, commercial, marketing, data and finance teams to build a holistic view of performance.
- You are confident in partnering with your stakeholders, you enjoy bringing data to push performance levers and help your business unlock growth.
- Proven experience in a commercial Finance/FP&A function - this could be as an FP&A Analyst, Commercial Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in Excel (confident in producing annual reports or data modelling)
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships. Able to pivot your communication style and explain financial jargon to all stakeholders.
- Proactive and high-ownership mindset.
- Be open to learning and development is key. Working towards an accounting qualification (CIMA/ACCA or equivalent) would be desirable.

The Role
Legend is hiring a Principal AI Productivity & Automation Architect, reporting directly to our Chief Gaming Officer. We’re looking for a hands‑on builder with a proven track record of designing and deploying real‑world automation systems, someone who can operate independently and drive high‑impact initiatives across the organisation.
This is a rare opportunity to define and lead AI‑driven productivity transformation from the ground up. Starting within our Gaming Pillar, you’ll identify where AI can unlock the most value and build the systems to make it happen, designing and deploying agentic workflows and automation that increase output, reduce manual work, and fundamentally change how teams operate.
Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll act as both a builder and strategic enabler, auditing workflows across functions, identifying high‑ROI opportunities, and delivering scalable solutions using APIs, LLMs, and automation tooling. If you thrive in high‑autonomy environments and want to shape how AI transforms an organisation at scale, this is an opportunity to have outsized impact.

Your Impact:- Identify and prioritise high‑impact AI and automation opportunities across multiple functions
- Design and build agentic workflows and automation systems end‑to‑end
- Deploy scalable AI solutions that drive measurable productivity gains
- Reduce manual and repetitive workflows across teams
- Define and shape the organisation’s AI productivity roadmap
- Drive adoption of AI systems through tooling, playbooks, and enablement
- Strong hands‑on technical capability building automation systems (APIs, LLMs, orchestration tooling; Python, TypeScript, or similar)
- Experience designing and implementing agentic workflows or orchestration systems
- Track record of scaling solutions across teams or organisations

The RoleLegend is hiring a CRM Lifecycle Specialist, reporting directly to our General Manager, Marketing. This is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract opportunity.
We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes lifecycle marketing and CRM. Building automated customer journeys, experimenting with new ideas, and using data to create personalised experiences that genuinely improve customer engagement and commercial performance.
You’ll work across our igaming (Casino & Sportsbook) products, partnering closely with Product, Marketing and Compliance teams to deliver CRM experiences that bring users back to our membership products, increase engagement and maximise click‑outs.

Your Impact:- Execute and continuously evolve our CRM strategy across the group.
- Design, build and optimise automated customer journeys across onboarding, retention, reactivation and loyalty.

- Partner closely with Product, Marketing and Compliance teams to create seamless customer experiences across every touchpoint.

- Increase player engagement through high‑quality and localised copy.
- Proven CRM or lifecycle marketing experience within the iGaming industry or digital entertainment sector. You have a strong understanding of Sportsbook and Casino products.
- The ability to design and optimise automated player journeys for onboarding, retention, churn prevention, and VIP/loyalty progression.
- Hands‑on experience building campaigns and customer journeys using platforms such as Optimove, Iterable, Xtremepush, Smartico or similar CRM technologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, identify opportunities and optimise performance through testing and experimentation. Comfortable working with KPIs like open rates, click‑through rates, opt‑outs, and click‑outs.
- Ensure all promotional communications strictly adhere to local gambling regulations (such as UKGC guidelines) and responsible gaming protocols.
- Proven experience in leveraging customer data and AI models to target specific player segments with relevant games, offers, and bonuses.
- A collaborative approach, with confidence working alongside Product, Marketing, Data and Compliance teams to deliver shared objectives.
