- Lead, coach and develop the finance team, creating a high‑performance culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with strong technical accounting expertise.
- Significant experience in senior finance roles covering financial control, FP&A and business partnering.
- Proven experience managing audits, statutory accounts, budgeting, forecasting and balance sheet control.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate financial insight into operational action.
- Confident communicator with experience influencing senior stakeholders and non‑finance teams.
